Took 1 day for the garage to solve a huge rewiring issue due to rodent damage. They had chewed through looms. The car is valeted on the inside and outside. I barely drove the courtesy car it was all fixed so quick. What an excellent job, I've never used a garage like it. I know where I'll be taking my car the next time I have any issues. Thank you team!

Impossible to get through. They fo not answer the phone. Message to say they will call back but they do not. However they did call me first thing the next morning. The parts manager Chris Hulme was most helpful. Problem lies with Tesla but I understand that in these days of last minute production parts are a proble.

After someone T-boned my car, I feared the worst for it.

Car was picked up the next day, and the following morning I received a phone call to say it was going to be repaired and should be back within 21 days, which I thought was fairly reasonable.

To my surprise, the car was returned to me in mint condition after only 11 days.

Good communications all the way through.
Work was carried out via my insurance company, and so glad I did.

The whole process of collecting the damaged car, replacing and repairing the damaged parts and area and returning the car back fully repaired went according to plan and on time

We were very pleased with the response we had with all the people within the garage.we were treated with respect and we were pleased that we only had to wait two weeks for the car to be returned.

Directline insurance owned repair garage. They did "OK" but nothing special. The car needed to go back for rework because it was not done at all well the first time. When it came back the second time ( after another few days with them) the repairs were fine.

For the actual repairs I got a similar hire car, for the rework I got a corsa, albeit a quite new one.

I guess you're stuck with these if you are insured with direct line, but other than that I could not find any special reason to go there.
