My partner and I had a great experience finding our home with DM & Co.

We initially met Evie when we began our property search, and she was incredibly helpful in understanding exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to guide us through the process and made sure we found the right home.

Chiara and Gabrielle then supported us through to completion. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always available at the end of the phone to help and keep everything moving smoothly. Chiara also went above and beyond to make sure that, even with a few minor property issues, we were still able to get the keys and move in on time.

We can’t thank the team at DM & Co enough and would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience when selling our property in Solihull via DM&Co. Ann Wood was our agent together with assistance from Victoria who did everything to ensure that our sale happened, it went smoothly and kept us up to date at all times. When Ann first attended she said she would sell our property, and that she did! We would not hesitate recommending them to my family and friends and we would certainly use them again...if they opened a branch in Scotland!!! ;-)

Most noticeable quality you experience with DM is the personal touch in a world where, with time & financial restraints that's becoming rare. They have time for you. Conveyancing is fraught with delays & apathy so to have an estate agent who responds quickly and efficiently can really make a difference. Ann Wood is one such example. Always efficient, always proactive and always personable. She would go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She was the glue that held the whole process together.

We have recently completed the sale on our house and would like to thank Kathy and her team for all their support. Kathy’s knowledge of the local area, professionalism and advice regarding the state of the market was invaluable, reassuring and much appreciated. So our grateful thanks and keep up the good work!

DM&Co, helped us 'buy' our property. The service we recieved from staff members Ann Wood and Victoria Stewart was excellent. When 'our' first sale fell through they were patient and kept a line of communication open with us and our sellers. Ann spoke as if we'd known each other for a long time and helped me feel relaxed.
