I’ve been using DM & Co for a couple of years now and the girls there are brilliant. Special mention to Steph Payne who was extremely helpful in providing me with information I required and did so very promptly - thank you Steph ! Also to Chiara who is so knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from everyone I’ve dealt with at DM and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I chose DM&C approx 7 months ago. (landlord fully managed service). I have to say the team including Steph have been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous estate agent. Like me DM&C want a good experience for tenant and landlord. I highly recommend them because they genuinely involve me in decisions. This was sadly lacking with my previous estate agent who basically were happy to ignore or not notice a lot of unauthorised shoddy work on my house and then make sure that I could not obtain the tenant deposit as a small compensation for the extensive damage. Thank you Steph and the team at DM&C.

Have been working with Ann at DM & Co since March.
She found our ideal home, managed the negotiations very well with no fuss or fluff and kept us regularly updated. Unfortunately the vendors decided to ruin the party but Ann worked relentlessly to find us another property.
We have since found a home but unfortunately with less favourable agents. When you deal with others you realise how good DM & Co and in particular how good Ann really is. They also price properties fairly for the area and don't mess people around on pricing. This means they do end up with less properties as another local agent has less honest strategies. Quality not Quantity! Thanks Ann & DM & Co. We may be back yet!

We've had a great experience moving into our new property to rent with DM&Co. Firstly, the quality of the property we're really happy with, but also the customer service provided. Evie and Chiara helped us throughout our process. They were very friendly, answered all our questions and were responsive. It definitely felt like they wanted to make our experience as positive and smooth. Dom also helped us secure the property so a big thank you to him!
