Prompt response to my issue.
There was a problem with my product to no fault of theirs, but to the manufacturer’s, and they were happy to give me a refund and pay for the return shipping.

Shopping online, not bad not good, average....
Always a great shopping experience. It's the first time I have shopped online with Dollars & Sense, the three day lag between purchase and dispatch seems a bit long compared to other online business. I found the store easy to navigate and make my purchases. As I am disabled I would use the online ordering again.
