In un momento di difficoltà ho chiesto la chiusura dell’account per tutela; mi è stato chiesto di inviare una mail in cui mi assumevo la responsabilità delle perdite per poter proseguire. Non ho alcuna dipendenza dal gioco: era una richiesta di protezione.
Conclusione: esperienza percepita come sbilanciata e orientata solo ad assorbire credito, non come intrattenimento.

Now I will explain why: The easiest site to take your deposit but the absolute hardest to withdrawal.

So the withdrawal limits are very low be aware

The worst part is they constantly cancel your withdrawal to make you try and play with it again and again and to add more fire to it they don't let you know they are doing it you get no email or message saying it's been cancelled to date I have had a least 10 withdrawals cancelled and before they try to say verify your account etc., they actually paid some out in-between cancelling.

The customer service has also been terrible when I have been asking them for information in regard to the cancellations
