Customer service will tell you their withdrawal timeframe is actually 3 to 5 business days. After 5 business days they will tell you, your withdrawal is delayed with no actual reason why (even when your account is verified). Customer service tells you different stories with every different person your connected to. Frustrating!

Had problems with deposits and with fre games not being credited

Had problems with deposits and with bonus games not being credited to account when they should have been. People via chat were not helpful at all and did not seem to fix any problems that I had in fact they actually deleted my account when I complained of missing out on free spins that should have been credited to my account. Not sure why this casino has such a high rating as it was terrible over the three days that I played i deposited over $400 and won nothing.

CRONACA DI UNA TRUFFA ANNUNCIATA

Spero che questa mia testimonianza possa evitare spiacevoli analogie. Premetto che ho aperto un conto gioco e dopo vari versamenti riesco ad effettuare una vincita di circa € 30.000,00. Riesco a prelevare dei fondi per circa € 7.000,00 e successivamente rigioco parte della vincita rimanendo con € 3.500,00. Mi viene imposto un limite di prelievo mensile di € 7.000,00 e successivamente viene ridotto da € 1.000 al giorno a € 500,00 al giorno. Passati i 30 giorni dal primo prelievo provo ad effettuare un nuovo prelievo ma non mi viene permesso e cominciano a chiedermi documenti di identità (essendo un sito non AAMS non erano previsti), e le carte utilizzate per i versamenti. Inviata la documentazione richiesta mi viene comunicato che il prelievo è stato annullato e che l’account è stato disabilitato per violazione dell’articolo 4.1 dei loro Termini e Condizioni. Successivamente pubblicherò le chat del tutto elusive e probabilmente effettuate da algoritmi. Il mio appello è di EVITARE CATEGORICAMENTE il sito DOLLY CASINO ma in generale tutti i siti non AAMS poiché finché si tratta di effettuare versamenti ed accusare perdite tutto va per il meglio, quando poi si presentano situazioni di vincite, riscossioni, bonus e qualunque situazione di vantaggio per il giocatore subentrano malefatte e comportamenti scorretti e disonesti, se non addirittura fraudolenti.Ci si appella a e regolamenti che non hanno alcuna pertinenza con un sito che in Italia è TOTALMENTE ILLEGALE. Sono delle vere ed autentiche associazioni a delinquere che si fanno scudo con la distanza territoriale e si reggono su autorizzazioni rilasciate da paesi del Terzo mondo ( tipo Curacao) che non hanno alcun valore giuridico nei paesi esteri. DIFFIDATE da questi soggetti, procureranno solamente dei mali ai vostri portafogli ed al vostro cuore.
