Bought what we thought was a good doors……. First stage was gasket leaking
Second stage letter box leaking.
Third stage glass panels failed
The obnoxious guy that replied to my email was very rude and refused to replace . He stated what do you expect it’s only got a 2 year warranty ….. this is totally out of order .
I’m going to court …….

We want to begin by acknowledging the staff at the Slough location, who were kind, respectful, and genuinely tried to help us. Their efforts were appreciated and they did their best within the limitations of their role. Unfortunately, our overall experience—particularly with the factory management—was deeply disappointing and represents some of the worst customer service we have ever encountered.

Despite multiple delays in the delivery of our custom door, we remained patient and did not raise complaints. At one point, we were even contacted by factory management and asked to accept a door that did not match the specifications we had agreed upon. When the correct door finally arrived, it was delivered with noticeable scratches on both the frame and the door itself.

When we reached out to discuss a resolution, we were met with hostility and rudeness from factory management. Instead of being treated with understanding, we were threatened with having the door taken back and were accused of being “problematic” for simply expecting to receive the high-quality product we had paid for.

Adding to our concern, the staff at the Slough branch acknowledged that we were not the only customers with complaints about product quality and were themselves surprised and apologetic about the way we were treated.

Reluctantly, and feeling we had no other option, we agreed to return the door after the owner insisted it would be collected. While they promised a full refund, we were handed an envelope marked £2,818, even though the actual refund was only £2,795. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of trusting them again and did not verify the cash in front of them. In the end, we lost £98 without any explanation or justification.

What makes this more frustrating is that after doing further research, we discovered that the same door could be purchased elsewhere for significantly less money—and likely without this level of stress or disappointment.

Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to avoid dealing directly with this company. The product quality did not match the premium price, and the unprofessional and disrespectful conduct we encountered from the factory management made an already frustrating situation far worse.

We brought two doors from this company in August last year, they arrived on time and are Fantastic quality, we we’re a little nervous, as we read the bad reviews, but we received nothing but fantastic service by email and phone, the delivery drivers where helpful and when we asked for fitting guidance Hubert was prompt and very helpful. People always leave negative reviews on service never positive, I would like to thank Hubert and the team we love our doors and have had a lot of people ask where we got them from.

Supplied the wrong style door to the image ordered, also damaged on delivery. Offered my customer £500 off the £4200 price to keep it. My customer declined. The door was collected at 10:30pm on a Sunday. My customer tried to order a new door and we were told to not order from the company again. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

I am not one for writing reviews but I felt this review had to be done, as our experience with Domadeco from start to finish has been AMAZING.
This is our story ….
We are in the process of a big renovation and it was time to get the front door. After searching for a company for a wide front door and two big side glass panels we came across Domadeco. I went on line and put all details and measurements into there website and the price was so much cheaper than all the other quotes we had receive, it was still a lot of money so I was still not happy to just put the order in online without seeing there doors. We decided to travel from Coventry in the West Midlands to Slough to have a look in their show room. In the showroom we were warmly welcome by Paulina who talked us through everything, she was so Knowledgeable and helpful about all the doors, we were so happy we had made effort to visit the showroom. Order for the door was placed and deposit paid, we were told it was a 7 to 9 week turnaround for delivery of the door. 7 weeks to the day we had a phone call and an email to say our door was being delivered. Herbert contacted us to confirm the delivery and time, all went smoothly and door was delivered. We also booked Chris in from Domadeco to fit the door 2 days later, What a great fitter he is, an absolute perfectionist!
We are absolutely over the moon with our door it looks stunning, and the service we have received from Domadeco from start to finish has been Excellent. Thank you so much Domadeco

Took deposit on a £4.5k front door, that was meant to take 7 weeks. 13 weeks later still no door. Initially kept pushing the date back week on week. Company have now stopped responding to emails and phone number on website does not work.

Update: Was eventually contacted by the company after leaving this review and refunded in full. Should have been dealt with prior and not due to leaving a online review. No explanation as to why such a delay occurred, as I had to get a last minute door from elsewhere. All could have been avoided if they had actually communicated.

These doors are rubbish, everything comes loose on them and I am constantly tightening things up. Primium price... bargain bin quality

The negative reviews created a lot of doubts in me. But I’ve got to say my experience with the company has been great and the door looks great too.
I canceled the first order reading the negative reviews. Hubert refunded me straight away- great.
I waited for the refund to come back to confirm they’re legit and finally placed our double aluminium door with them.
The door was delivered within the time scale given - great. Monica replied to my emails promptly and gave me timely updates.
I was really impressed that their private courier helped us bring the door inside in a cold windy day. They unscrewed our temporary external door, brought the door inside with us, then screwed the external door back on. I have never dealt with such helpful couriers. So double thumbs up there 👍👍.
We had our Fensa fitters in yesterday to fit the door and it looked great. Some springs could have been better and the inside door handle could have looked newer. But those issues are minor and we’ll spray the handle inside black anyway so it doesn’t matter.
Overall I’m glad I ordered the door with this company.

Liked varieties of doors online which looked beautiful but after speaking to a rather grumpy advisor, wouldn't bother! Wonder how they would solve a complaint? Went for a different company

Purchased a Sta Gutenberg stainless steel front door. Beautiful BUT door is not weather proof. Wind and cold air is blowing through side despite supplied weather strips professionally installed! No response from company.

The doors look nice online but they don't meet minimum standards for building regs. Beware! I was tempted by the price and have to make this clear for others that this would have failed a building regs inspection.

Top quality and superb customer service
Very helpful and knowledgable sales person. She stayed in the store with us after hours to complete our purchase. Top quality and really well designed product with a wide selection of options. Delivery arrived even earlier than we anticipated and the door montage was impeccable, even though it was non-standard. The contractors even cleaned everything after themselves! We are really happy with the door. Would highly recommend.

The door I had from Domadeco is really lovely. Any queries via email were replied to almost immediately. Chris, one of the recommended fitters from the website has done a brilliant job. I couldn’t be more pleased and 100% recommend Domadeco. Excellent value for money too.

Ordered this door in November and fitted in April (delayed due to builders). They commented that the ready to fit frame made it really easy to install and is really high quality. Had a problem with the lock mechanism and needed some instructions. Hubert is immensely helpful and resolved all the questions quickly.
The door itself is really high quality - I bought an off the shelf size which was slightly less height than the existing door frame. Easy enough to pack out and plaster up.
Would definitely recommend as it arrived when intended.

Wanted to order doors of these guys .
They told me that they can make anything when I told them what I wanted that try'ed to charge me £800 for a 300 wide door they just wasted my time getting them to phone you is like getting blood out of a stone what company have no customer care I'm keeping away (JIM)

extremely bad customer service, Ordered a door, didnt turn up when agreed, lame excuse, they didnt answer the phone, and when they were threatened with court they became abusive.
They may be a good price but the agro is not worth it.

After the traumatic experience of having a drunk driver crash through my front door. Which damaged the door and side screens beyond repair. My wife and I decided on the replacement door and screens we would go for something a little more modern looking. We chose a door from the Domadeco range with side screens. We asked as I was disabled if we could have somebody to come out and measure the door and side screens accurately. After a period of 2 weeks and despite a number of calls to the company. I sent the measurements through with the help of a builder friend in the area. After the stated time on their website + 3 weeks. We were told everything had been delivered to us. After many arguments they finally admitted that the door was delivered to the wrong address and was now in Birmingham. The door, frame & sidescreens were left outside the front of the house. Nobody called to say they had been delivered and as it was during the pandemic sat out there for 2 days until a neighbour called us. Now for the fitting Domadeco work in an unusual way. You have to arrange your own fitter from a list and pay him separately. When I arrived home from my 2nd covid vaccination the door and side screens had been fitted. However instead of 2 glazed side panels I had 2 wooden blank inserts. Not what I had ordered. The door company said I had never ordered glazed side panels. This argument has now gone on for 1 year, so I decided to employ a glazing company who attended this week. These were a company of experienced glaziers who looked at the wooden blanks and said that they were fitted during manufacture and were not removable. Domadeco confirmed yesterday that these wooden blanks are screwed to the frame and they are not removable. I have now reached the end of my tether. I have a door and screens not fit for purpose that allows a cold draught through the 2 wooden side screens. When I phone the fitter up he hangs up on me. My next steps is to speak to trading standards and luckily I paid via Visa. I can only say if you have a barge pole follow the advice given. Never again

Excellent door. Had some difficulties related to the delivery but everything else is Ok

Ordered stainless steel front door which arrived with the wrong coloured strips on door. Contacted Domadeco who admitted it was their mistake so after 2 weeks received the right coloured strips. Asked Domadeco to send out someone to fit the strips and they said they would. No sign of 'installer' for 2 weeks. Got back on to Domadeco, spoke to male

who stated that he would contact 'installer' and get back to me within 2 hours. No return call. rang the next day and spoke to the same male as before who again stated that he would contact 'installer' and get back to me within 10 mins. This he actually did and said the 'installer' would arrive within the next 10 days and he would text me the installers number. Guess what, no text and no installer. I also had an issue with the locks not aligning like the previous post and a door installer had to be summoned to fix it. Door quality overall is good hence 2 stars but if you want aftersales service then don't use this company as you will be lied to and you will not have anyone attend to fix the issues. I had to amend part of this review due to the fact I identified the male by name so now months later I have still not heard from ' the installer'.
