Ordered my books on the 9th of March, they only sent my order on the 30th of March. Ridiculous, do not recommend

Мало того, что книги шли больше обещанных 17 рабочих дней( а в общем месяц), так только половина из них пришла. И теперь так, как это был подарок мне нужно искать где заказать те книги, которые не пришли. Причина этому как мне сказали: «При выгрузке книги были не в наличии» А как вы тогда отгружаете, везете их месяц а потом мол ой книг нет….

I ordered two books with a stated delivery time of 12–17 days, but in reality I had to wait 6 weeks for the package to arrive. Unfortunately, this has happened before — deliveries from this store are regularly delayed.
What is especially frustrating is that customer support was able to provide specific future dates when asked, which suggests the store already knew the actual delivery timeframe. Despite this, they continue to advertise unrealistic delivery estimates of 12–17 days.
When the books finally arrived, both were damaged (bent corners and a torn cover). For books purchased for a personal collection, this is unacceptable and clearly indicates insufficient packaging.
Customer service was slow, and the resolution process took around 10 days. The compensation offered was minimal and, even after agreement, the refund has still not been received 12 days later, which is extremely disappointing.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, frustrating, and misleading. Based on my experience, I will not be ordering from this store again.

Dear Dom Knigi Customer Support,
I placed and paid for order #50844 on December 10. 2025. According to your website, delivery should take 12–17 days, but I still have not received my order.
I have already attempted to contact your customer support via email regarding this order, but I have received no response.
I kindly ask the store representatives to clarify the status of order #50844 and either arrange delivery or issue a full refund as soon as possible.
I would appreciate a response within 7 days, as the complete lack of feedback is causing significant concern.

Ich habe Büchern in einwandfreiem Zustand erhalten und bin sehr zufrieden geblieben. Die Lieferung dauert etwas länger, obwohl auch innerhalb Deutschlands, auch mittlerweile ab eine Woche Lieferzeit ist. Dafür aber sind die Bücher neue und sind auch mit Folie verpackt. Außerdem ist die Lieferzeit bei der Bestellung auch vermerkt und muss eigentlich in Kauf nehmen. Ich finde es persönlich überhaupt nicht tragisch, denn dafür habe ich einen großen Auswahl an Büchern. Ich werde wieder hier bestellen!

Ужасный сервис. Отправила деньги, мне книгу не прислали и не дали никакого аплейта даже после того как я прислала чек. Жду уже 3 недели, выглядит как скам. Никогда больше не закажу ничего на этом сайте

Zweimal bestellt, Lieferung dauerte länger als 6 Wochen. Ich vermute, die haben die Bücher gar nicht in Deutschland, sondern die werden immer von Russland oder woher auch immer zuerst bestellt und dann geliefert. Spart natürlich Lagerkosten.
5,50€ Versand und noch 1€ etwas Verpackung dazu. Für Verpackung zu zahlen ist etwas ganz Neues. Ich werde nicht wieder dort bestellen.

Habe ein Kochbuch bestell, das eine lange Lieferzeit hatte. Endlich ist es da :-) Da ich mir zwischendurch nicht sicher war, ob es vorangeht, habe ich den Kundenservice per Mail kontaktiert und immer eine höfliche und schnelle Antwort erhalten. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation kommt es bei Lieferungen zur Verzögerung, da kann der Versandhandel nichts für. Ich bedanke mich für den Service und wünsche weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Заказывала 20 книг. Большинство из них пришли в хорошем состоянии, нашлось парочку повреждённых, но, скорее всего, это последствия перевозки. Страницы склеены аккуратно, текст не мажется. Порадовало разнообразие серий издательств.

Из минусов: долгая доставка, о которой клиентов не предупреждают. Ты смотришь раздел «Доставка» на сайте, рассчитывая, что заказ к тебе придёт через 11-17 дней, а на самом деле он прикатывается к тебе больше, чем через месяц. Опять же, подождать – не проблема, главное, чтобы клиента оповестили о том, сколько нужно ждать, а не вводили в заблуждение, потому что люди обычно рассчитывают на то время, которое указано на сайте.

Также в мой заказ не доложили 2 книги. Если бы я самостоятельно не заметила и не написала бы консультанту по этому поводу, то никто и не собрался бы делать мне возврат. Не доложили 2 позиции, ну и не доложили – клиенту ничего не скажем. Уважаемые работники, если заказанной книги не оказалось в наличии, то лучше об этом сообщить сразу, насколько это возможно, и предложить способы решения проблемы. Было неприятно ожидать заказ полтора месяца, чтобы потом не получить всех книг. Вконец расстроило, что возврат денег за недоставленные 2 книги снова произошёл позже того срока, который установил консультант.

Книги сами по себе хороши, но сервис далеко не маловажен. Возвращаться в магазин больше не хочется.
