Easy ordering, speedy delivery and very pleased with our desk. Only negative was the price for delivery (£34.99)

I made an online purchase of an oak table on a Thursday and is was delivered the following Monday. Exceptional quick!
It arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I'm impressed.
Very good quality and the extending mechanism works well.

We bought a dining table from domli, and had a couple of issues, but the customer servic rep Wim was absolutely brilliant. He kept us informed throughout the resolution of our issues and responded very quickly to all emails. The issues were resolved because of advice and suggestions he provided, and we are now very pleased with our new extending dining table

Not sure I'm happy being charged over £12 for a return when delivery was half that price. Won't be using Domli again.

Great customer service and answered all questions quickly and efficiently prior to ordering. The desk is excellent quality and looks brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Good communication and short delivery lead time. Product was as expected and well wrapped. Would have been a 5 but one piece of upstand looked like it had been oiled by a 5yr old, soon corrected with a bit of elbow grease.

First time ordering from Domli.

I ordered a lovely oak table with metal legs. Whilst the table is gorgeous and arrived really quickly, there were issues.

The table doesn’t seem to have been sanded very well, there is sharp spells that came off it when i first cleaned it.

Also the packaging could have been better - whilst the corners were protected the table wasn’t. If you sliced the packaging open without care you could easily mark the table with the cutting tool.
There is no indication on the packaging either not to do that so i can imagine people have damaged tables because of that.

So straightforward to order a sample, came very quickly within 1-2 days. Good quality product & at reasonable prices…what’s not to like?
