Excellent customer service but some issues with delivering the correc brackets. A communications issue at the packing end. Wim, however was so apologetic, friendly and helpful and all sorted out very quickly.

Truly quality furniture, first class service, wide variety made to order delivery and communication brilliant.
Highly recommend

Contacted customer service about a bespoke cut. They replied within 24 hours with a suggestion that the product was available as standard. I ordered it that day and it arrived the next working day. Item is perfect for what I needed - an extender to a desk bought from Domli a year or so ago. excellent service

Just a perfect transaction. Product was excellent too.

Product ( good quality) exactly as ordered and delivered the next day.

Prompt and easy to contact

Delivered on time and the oak table top is really nice quality 👍

Delivered on time, excellent product, easy to assemble

The company was very accommodating. I telephoned to see if they could deliver quickly . I ordered the wood on Tuesday and they delivered on Friday. It was a quality piece of wood, looks perfect in position. Would definitely recommend this company.

Fast delivery and lovely quality Worktop. Just what I was looking for it's completed my bathroom refit

brand new table arrived CRACKED along the grain
so dissapointing

Great standing desk. Real wood. Quiet mechanism. Fast delivery.

Only small downside: the delivery driver didn't want to bring it up to my first-floor flat. He did in the end, but insisted that he shouldn't have to. For a heavy piece of furniture, the delivery service should bring it to the flat rather than just dropping it at the main building door.

My product was delivered promptly and it was in great condition and 0very well packaged.

Good quality item and very well finished. I couldn’t find any cheaper, most other quotes were twice the price at best. Postage was super quick too. I wouldn’t have to think twice if I needed to reorder, very good service Thank you.

The right, quality product at the right price. Quickly delivered (an hour before we expected which thankfully wasn't an issue). Would recommend

Quality bit of kit, looks good with that lovely smell of new wood (for the moment) & couldn’t have been easier to purchase

Quality product. Easily assembled. Delivered on time.
Thank you

Lovely oak desk. Great quality and price. Well packaged and quick delivery. Would thoroughly revommend this seller. Thanks again

I recently moved into an NB house and needed to change the dining room table and chairs to suit the house. I was very pleased with the quality of the table, chairs and bench. The flexibilty to mix and match the seating and sizing of the table was really useful. I thought that for the price point it was a good-quality choice and would not hesitate to order from this company again. I ordered one day and it arrived next - communications were very clear from this company.
