Easy to order, well packaged and good delivery.

It was great dealing with Domli and everything went perfect, from ordering through to it being delivered at a fantastic price too. So I ordered an oak worktop which was delivered in perfect condition and here two days later. Excellent service and also kept me updated every step of the way. I can highly recommended Domli and will shop there again for sure.

Ordered a desk really impressed with the quality, really easy to put together and looks great. Also delivered the next day.

Online photos are misleading. The product that arrived looked nothing like the rich, warm finish shown on the site — a clear and significant mismatch, not mere “natural variation.” Domli dismissed the evidence, refused to own any gap between advert and reality, and settled on their own terms with a partial £15 refund. Cheaper than rivals, yes, but you still pay in extra time, sanding and finishing to get close to what was advertised. Case closed, lesson learned.

Ordered this Desk after having my eye on it for a couple of years and I can confirm its perfect! There was a delay in delivery but this was due to the delivery van breaking down so out of their control, however, Domli were great in relaying information and keeping me updated! Greg from customer support was really helpful and kept sending updates whilst this occured. He was also able to offer help after an intial set up snag/issue and they resolved it instantly with some of the best help ive ever seen from a customer support team! Really happy with the quality and speed at which everything was handled. 10/10 highly reccomend domli and their products. I will 100% be using them again if i need any other wood furniture :)

Fabulous shelf & bracket set ordered from Domli! Very pleased with the quality. Was a little confused that they didn't arrive in the same package, but at different times, on the same day 🤔
