DOMVS Opiniones

I can't praise Domvs highly enough for the totally professional, transparent, understanding and sensitive way they handled the sale of a much loved property. Laura in particular was always on hand to deal with any queries and negotiated not only a great price but also the best purchaser which enabled the sale to go through from start to finish in just 3 months. I would wholeheartedly recommend Domvs for their superb service and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

The Domvs team were extremely helpful throughout our search for a new rental property in the Wareham area, from the initial enquiry through to securing our chosen home and the subsequent reference/application process.

Shireen and the team were always on hand to answer any questions we had and made the whole process effortless for us - we can't praise them enough!

We are now happily settling in to our new home and looking forward to our first christmas in the property. We would gladly use Domvs again in the future and have already recommended them to our friends and colleagues.

Shireen and Debbie (Dorchester branch) were both very helpful and knowledgable. I believe they represented both the landlord and me (as the tenant) fairly. I was able to move on the weekend of my choosing and the process for securing the flat was simple and effective. I was particularly pleased with the thoughtful moving in gifts I was given when I collected the keys. Thank you DOMVS!

We found a cottage for sale through Domvs about 3 months ago. We were desperate to buy it and the first few days of getting our offer accepted were nail-biting as we knew there was considerable interest. The guys at Domvs were very patient and gracious with our (my) agitated state and once the offer was accepted the process of buying and completing on the property went as smoothly as silk. We completed 11 weeks after our offer was accepted so big shout out and thanks to all at Domvs.

Trisha and the team at DOMVS have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling our cottage. Dealing with the purchaser, solicitors and us as the sellers, nothing was ever too much bother. Always very professional and friendly. I highly recommend DOMVS.

Domvs Lettings in Dorchester have provided us with a flawless and very professional, end-to-end, fully managed letting service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It’s also important to us that our tenant is well looked after and that any issues are resolved swiftly. For example, issues that might need a plumber or an electrician etc. With Domvs we feel confident that’s going to happen.

The professionalism of all the staff I met was second to none. The communication was excellent. Should you choose Domvs you will be in very safe hands indeed. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

all the staff were helpful, nice and professional from Day one. they took a lot of the stress and acted as a great liaison between their customer me as purchaser and our solicitors.

Great communicators, enthusiastic and professional. Although COVID restrictions were in place, they carried out viewings and negotiations in a COVID safe way. I can’t thank them enough! If I’m daft enough to move again I will certainly use their services again!

I recently purchased a new build property via DOMVS at Chesil View Weymouth, developers Bracken Group Poole. I am very happy with my home, the standard of build is excellent. I cannot speak highly enough of Polly Grainger (Director DOMVS) who proactively and professionally helped me every step of the way, together with Gillian Burgess who is a credit to the company with her top customer service. Thankyou to all who helped me on this journey, Diane

Our recent experience with Domvs was extremely pleasant and positive throughout. Domvs are an utterly professional company who are highly responsive, attentive and ready to provide information and advice at all times. We can't recommend them highly enough.

From first contact to completion, everyone at DOMVS Dorchester provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.
They were the agents for my sale and purchase and were extremely professional, approachable and reassuring throughout the process.

If I could give more stars I would

Seamless, hassle free extremely professional service

Me and my family are extremely impressed and certainly would recommend anyone to go with DOMVS whenever buying or renting a property

After a very tricky process to purchase, I have to congratulate the team of Tim Grainger, Laura Holt and particularly and especially Marcus Pound for exceptional reliable and courteous professionalism throughout this whole process.
Thank you for the real human touch.

Wonderful, professional and efficient team that made a potentially difficult process extremely smooth. Thank you Shireen MacDonald and team at Domvs lettings in Dorchester.

We have recently bought a house through Domus. There were a few complications along they way and they were always prepared to go the extra mile to sort things out. With Trisha’s great creative thinking , empathy , tremendous drive and an eye for detail and John’s constant kind support and the rest of the team always available and ready to help - they have a winning formula.

We had possibly the longest and most stressful sale ever! It started about 18 months before exchange. But in the whole of that time DOMVS were frankly wonderful. The Preston team of Tim Grainger, Marcus Pound and Laura Holt couldn’t have been more professional, helpful or reassuring.

I simply cannot recommend them highly enough and I am so glad I changed estate agencies to go with them.

Very pleased with our experience of Domus in Dorchester in our recent search for a rental property in the town. Shireen and Deborah were both professional and helpful throughout the process.

Really delighted to deal with Trish and the team. Their unique insight into the local market gives them the edge.
Always reliable and stick to promises - "under sell, over deliver" should be their motto.
First class

We were very pleased with the service from Domvs who were the agents for both our sale and purchase. Polly was particularly helpful in dealing with some issues that arose with our purchase and ensured that we ended up securing our family home. Thank you!
