Placing an add is way to expensive

I search the less expensive cars and it’s very hit and miss with the owners. Maybe that’s not Done Deals fault

Best example of irish rip-off, costing a fortune and actually half of data that they are inserting in your advert will be wrong, always a third party to be blame. Then why not letting me to complete field by field the details? They are imposing you to share some details, are completing your advert with wrong data then are saying they cant modify them and blame a third party but you are paying for all these.Useless customer support, this is happening when a company its having monopoly on a certain market

I am trying to place an ad on DoneDeal, and the platform's photo uploading tool is completely broken and glitching. It has automatically selected the wrong cover photo, and the website/app will not allow me to change it.
Furthermore, I have tried multiple times to delete an unwanted photograph. While the interface tells me the photo has been deleted, it refuses to actually update and the image remains stuck on the platform. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service when the basic listing features do not work properly. Please fix your platform's bugs.

Purchased a new car from RS motors Clonakilty. Done deal made sourcing the car so easy and they lads were great to deal with.

THEY HIJACK YOUR DOMAIN AND DONT ALLOW ACCESS TO IT IN ORDER TO KEEP RIPPING YOU OFF FOR 12,000E PER YEAR

Donedeal is great but I tell you there are some dodgy NCTs being given out in Tipperary. We've seen 3 €2-3k cars today in Tipp, all with new NCTs and they all drove like old dogs that needed to be put down. It's mad Ted.

The Seller very sound person. I have had great communication on the phone. We agreed the price and date for purchase and sign the paperwork.But after few days, pretty much last minute, the Seller has changed hes mind and decided to sell the vehicle to other person who have come up with higher price on the vehicle.
I don't blame the Seller, I would probably do the same, but I would inform the buyer first about it changing my mind. Basically I have gave Seller too much time to think about it ( 3 days until weekend), but thats my own fault I suppose.
Other than that Martin is a Sound Lad.

This application has made it less complicated for people to do their online shopping, especially for a motor trader, the physical car dealerships could be made redundant, and one only needs a storage to keep their fleet. Because all the marketing and selling gets done here already.

Be really, really careful using this site. Selling a car their advice on value is 'way off'. If you are a private seller selling - in my case a motor with their suggested value of €23K - after paying for various bumps and jumps racking up the charges I 'woke up' and checked on Google AI what the actual selling price should be - €19 'ish'. Guess who wins with an overvalued car - DD. I have been scammed [small change €35] on same advert with a guy organising a deal but wanted me to provide verification from a site. Bank advised cancel Debit Card immediately. Mea Culpa - I was really busy at time and took the guy on a rushed call. Moral here - do not trust anything you hear or see on DD. Another line 2 days ago from a Kerry buyer getting the train to Dublin to purchase and collect the car today turned into 'Fresh Air'. A testing experience - DD has changed in a very negative way and as for Adverts ie don't waste a dime - They were excellent but now only exist to swell the DD coffers.
I have re-evaluated my star rating to 4 stars from my original 2. DD reply to my points was fair and I have just sold the car as a result of the DD advert. Not an enjoyable experience but with perseverance and taking care as outlined 'a result'.

Great place to buy and sell. I've been using it for years. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately no stars,,but i always find the replies brilliant,oh sorry you feel that way bla bla,,,I don't know how many times I asked them to remove that stupid pre typed text,hi is the still available and is price negotiable,lazy text and a lot of Messers,,but guess what it's still there,,so now I put in my adds I will not reply to Donedeals lazy pre text message..you have a question ring or WhatsApp me ,, hopefully cheaper advertising company comes soon,,miss the owl gumtree 😉 Ps this is just another rant because I have a hoover up for sale A HOOVER and guess what,,yes messers ,,Guys do me favour please don't reply not interested in reply 👍
