Not 1st time DoneDeal stolen money i…
Not 1st time DoneDeal stolen money i bought advert for €9.99 for 72 days and after 30 days my advert was deleted i was arguing with DoneDeal Customer Service for 2 days they just send same email but not actual conversation 😑 what a unprofessional and disrespectful people there 😡🙈

Why did you remove how many days an advert in on the website? Waste people's time with car dealers who purposely leave cars up long after there sold!!!

Done deal needs to come back to reality
I think done deal have become so far away from reality. It’s all about money now. Crazy prices they are charging. On top of this their bump up or boost has become a money printing machine for them, ie they’re charging so many people for a boost and bump up there isn’t room for them all as they have to concentrate on new adds also. There should be a cut off of approximately 10 who are allowed boost or bump up on the same item at one time. In my experience it was lambs I paid for a boost and bump up but they only make it to the top for extremely short periods.
