What part of you are a delivery company does DPD not understand? Last year, I ordered from a retailer and the goods didn't arrive. The seller re-shipped them and they didn't arrive. On 9thJan 2025 I made 3 orders with one company - they shipped them out separately. Guess what? Not one of them has arrived, the tracking makes sense, and they don't answer the phone. The seller has now refunded me. I didn't want a refund I wanted my goods. I then emailed DPD's CEO Elaine Kerr, and guess what no reply. I then emailed DPD's customer service team, because that is what their website says to do, and guess what, no reply! Please DPD do everyone a huge favour and cease trading as a delivery company!! Because, guess what, you don't deliver!

Absolutely pathetic courier service. Had a SCHEDULED pick up 4 days ago and never heard from them. And can't reach them by phone or email to find out when they will pick up the packages.

How is this company even in business with such poor service?

Recommend to avoid DPD at all costs and use a different courier service.

Terrible service from this courier company. They lost two of my packages, and I’ve been waiting for a delivery for over a month that still hasn’t arrived. Their operating hours are limited, the phone is constantly busy, and it’s impossible to reach anyone. I’ve also sent an email and never got a response. I absolutely do not recommend them!

Parcel is very late, no information for the delay, can't reach them on the phone and i have been trying for two weeks now...!!!

Εχω ένα πακέτο που έχει εκτελωνιστεί εδώ κ 16 μέρες κ το παρακολουθώ που το γυροφέρνουν σε Αθήνα, Άγια Παρασκευή κ πάλι Αθήνα αλλά δεν το φέρνουν. Δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να επικοινωνήσεις μαζί τους το τηλέφωνο το έχουν κατεβασμένο.

I honestly have no words....truly. That DPD Greece is still in business is a shock. As every other review indicates, there is zero service and zero accountability. When will they be held liable for the actions?????

If I could give this 0 stars I would this is unacceptable my package has been out for delivery for days I try calling them they hang up on me or answer with no talking Cannot believe shein is working with that kind of company don’t order from shein if you’re in Greece !!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely useless and the main reason is that they have partnered with some highly incompetent and unreputable companies like ACS for handling their local deliveries. An item can take 1-2 weeks to go from the final destination depot to the consignee in the same city.

I never received my shoes, even if they say delivered but i have no idea where and to whom they delivered. I contacted all the courriers we have in syros who always work correct but nobody know anything. How can DPD say package delivered if i have not received anything. Incredible you are still in business!!!

They are SCAMMERS.

THEY ARE ASKING FOR VERIFICATION OF CLIENTS BUT IT IS NOT A REAL SYSTEM...

Furthermore, they SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM OPERATION IMMEDIATELY...

I am waiting so long and never got message where to pick up my package and package go back again and again to initial storage. Tried tel but never respond !! Shame on you .

Truly one of the most incompetent couriers in Greece (and that speaks volumes). Unable to find the most simple delivery address, lazy and simply awful customer service. Having made hundreds of orders from Amazon and then delivered through the many terrible Greek couriers this company is in the top three worst couriers you will ever experience. You have been warned.

I have called LITERALLY 108 times from 9:30 o clock till 13:04, they finally answered the phone, the woman who'd i speaked with, was very very rude, was always pausing me while i was speaking, didn't wanted to help me even tho i tried to be as polite as possible and in the end she just didn't want to help me. Shame on you. You should all be fired.

Standard Ali-express shipping end up to DPD, tiny envelope delivered with 13 Days, due DPD Bulgaria and ACS Greece. In my second order small package this has stuck to Bulgaria for four working days. According to statistics this will delivered in 20 days window. This is totally unacceptable for us small business. Additionally ACS Greece, this organize delivery after 15:00 which small business are closed. Too many issues and I hold DPD as responsible, they do not coordinate their network properly.

2 μήνες περιμένουμε παραγγελία η οποία έχει μάλλον χαθεί. Δεν θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει σαν κούριερ. Το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης στο εξωτερικό έχει ενημερωθεί για την κατάσταση ούτως ώστε να κλείσει επιτέλους αυτό το χαμαιτυπείο και πλεον η λύση λαμβάνει νομική διάσταση. Κρίμα που δεν μπορώ να βάλω 0 αστεράκια

I am waiting for UJ013091141YP. The delivery was taking a very long time, so on 20th of November I emailed the seller, who gave me the tracking number. Everything seems fine until one day the tracking shows that a viber notification has been sent, but on my phone there is no trace of it. A few hours later, the parcel appears to be delivered to a consignee with a surname that is similar to mine, but shorter and mispelled. This happened on the 24th of November. Today is the 22nd of December. The item I am waiting is large, it is 2 pieces of furniture, and none of my neighbours have collected anything in my name. DPD customer service seems impossible to reach, and the tracking number does not work if I try to track through DPD Greece website.

Worst experience ever !!! they came to deliver shein product they called me once i answer they closed the phone and never called back i was waiting for them all day no one came their phone is always busy and the worst part they wrote in the tracking they called me SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO ANSWER! scammers and liars cant believe shein is working with them
