I've traveled with this luggage on…

I've traveled with this luggage on multiple trips, and it's honestly one of the best suitcases I've owned. The spinner wheels are incredibly smooth and quiet, making it effortless to roll through airports, train stations, and city streets—even when it's fully packed.
The aluminum shell feels premium and sturdy, so I never worry about my belongings getting damaged during travel. I also love the zipper-free design with TSA locks because it gives me extra peace of mind.It was an amazing European trip with my brand new luggage :)

Ever since I ordered the suitcase

Ever since I ordered the suitcase, I haven't had any information on the package's whereabouts. I received a notification stating the order was cancelled, yet I had no prior information about this; when I contacted them, they told me the package hadn't actually been cancelled—rather, the tracking number needed to be updated. They were supposed to send me the correct new tracking number, but I am still waiting for it.

I’ve been really happy with this…

I’ve been really happy with this suitcase so far. The quality feels great, and it looks even better in person. I love the aluminum design, the smooth wheels, and how easy it is to roll around. The lock gives me extra peace of mind when I travel, and the overall build feels sturdy without being overly heavy. It’s stylish, practical, and definitely one of my favorite suitcases I’ve owned.

Love My New Carry-On

I recently picked up the DreamTraveller aluminum carry-on, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. Living in California, I take a lot of weekend trips, so having a suitcase that’s both stylish and practical is really important to me.
The inside is so well organized, with plenty of compartments to keep everything in place. My favorite feature is the waterproof section for wet clothes or a swimsuit. It’s perfect after a beach day or a quick hotel pool stop because I can pack damp items without worrying about the rest of my things.
The suitcase feels premium, rolls smoothly, and is the perfect carry-on size. It’s made traveling so much easier, and I’ve already received compliments on how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend it!

The DreamTraveller Carry On hard shell…

The DreamTraveller Carry On hard shell is not super well made. My bigger concern is the difficulty in contacting customer service. They are slow to respond and force you to pay for return shipping.

Very poor quality

The front lid is so weak and opening the front flap and inside case is a bad design. Not at all convenient. The worst part, they send you a email for review but if you rate them poor.. You can't post the comment. That's says a lot about the company
