Placed an order initially but had to cancel cause I realized that getting the large ZX may end up being a problem for me since website states that it's 63" total all across + the weight of the luggage that I'm not used to. Within the hour, I received the email that the tracking number has been initiated but I wanted to cancel the order. I sent an email and I chat with the chatbot from their website, but of course, that did not help me aside from sending an email. Following day, they I received an email notification saying that they initiated the refund and that I should receive it in 7-10 days but I got the refund back 4 days later.

Excellent customer service, Outstanding luggage construction and high quality luggage at a fair pricing. Great size offering, and most importantly ability to pack effectively maximizing space beautifully.

Worst experience ever will never wanna purchase anything from them total scam . I purchased luggage around 11:00pm couple hours later changed my mind i when back and cancelled the order send them couple emails no response 😡very next morning I went to look at status it said it’s been shipped so you telling me package got shipped in 2 hours in the middle of the night sounds like lots off bull shit , I send them numerous amount off email no answer . I would think twice before purchasing anything from that company

I initially placed an order and it was cancelled by your company because you felt that it would not work for my needs because my suitcase wasn’t your brand. After dealing with someone in email I was allowed to purchase the wheel set. Guess what the wheels fit my suitcase as I expected them to. If a customer is ordering something don’t just cancel it on your end because you assume it won’t work or the customer doesn’t know what they are talking about.

Traveled first time with medium sized suitcase. Rolling ability is amazing. Checked baggage but fount it easy to get around with searching for cab, transferring to hotel etc...

Ease of use. Interior zipped area and belt secure straps were easy to adjust.

I’m happy with the product but didn’t like that I almost didn’t get the second part of the luggage which didn’t get delivered on its original date unless I texted a week later asking for it. They sent the second luggage after a few days later.

I sent a scathing review and may have been premature. No sooner than I enter a negative response my item arrived. I apologize to Luggex and have since re-evaluated my experience with them.
It would appear that they do indeed stand behind their product and so will I.

Love the suitcase.

I love the ZX luggage which is zipperless, it's durable and good for my family trips. Price is resonable. People from this company is very nice. Thanks for the experience.
