Lightweight strong glasses, great colour and shape. Delivery was quick!

the range of colors and style was great and the service was good I do not to wear glasses , but now I do.

I’ve purchased three pairs of reading glasses over the past few years. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Once I dropped my glasses on The road, a car drove over them. When Iwent to the shop they said, “no problem they’re under warranty”, and I received a new pair. No charge! Sweet! Recently, I ordered on-line and that was smooth as silk too.

Great glasses. Just ordered my 4th pair. Very comfortable and durable. Cool colours and the ability to mix and match arms.

The product is very good and the price exceptional. I used the video software on their website to see what a few of the frames looked like on my face, which was quite helpful. Delivery was on time and the glasses are very comfortable, something I'm always wary about when purchasing anything on-line.

The service was knowledgeable, and my finished glasses were sent even faster than promised and they work well.

Of course the price was excellent, as it was during a 50% off sale

Between my wife and I, we have purchased 7 pairs so far. We both love the style, the fit, and the comfort. I love the convenience of delivery to my home. We both use multi focal lenses. They were measured and made perfectly. Love these. Thank you Dresden.

Glasses are super cute, lightweight, my progressive prescription is perfect - better than my pair made at an optometrist office!! Very happy with them and feel even better in supporting sustainable recycling! They were received in a timely manner and arrived well packaged for protection. Not to mention the price being awesome!

This was my first time ordering glasses from Dresden. A friend had recommended them. I had some trouble figuring out some of the information on the website when ordering my glasses so I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. I've received my glasses and I'm very happy with them. Will definitely be purchasing from Dresden in the future and am letting my friends and colleagues know about their excellent products, prices and customer support.

Ordered my glasses 12 days ago and still waiting. site says that they are “processing”. If I’d order them locally, I would have them the next day. Update…I finally got them three weeks after ordering. I do like them, but that’s a really long wait.

Love all the colours! And you can order the frame and the arms in different colours!!
I also love that there are only a few shapes to pick from. Sometimes too many styles it too hard to pick

Clear communication and good customer service

Refused to fill prescription because my uploaded prescription slip was more than 2 years old. I explained I had been for recent exam and prescription had not changed, but they would not accept. They used fancy words like "follow guidelines", and "encourage exams", but what they really meant was we enforce policy rules which have no legal basis, and refuse to do business unless you comply. Unreal.

I love my Dresden frames. I have fun changing the colours to match the outfit of the day. The team are exceptional to work with and make sure you are totally happy with your purchase.

Seeing the available options, and colours in store really helped my choice. I loved that I was able to select a large frame with medium arms. I opted for mirrored sunglasses with the thin lens and I am amazed at how light they are. The best thing I love about my Dresden sunglasses is just how comfortable they are to wear.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the product but more importantly the product is fantastic and well priced.

Great glasses! The progressive bit is better than the ones I bought at my optometrist. I love that you can mix and match colours. Wish I had the money for another pair!
