Great product, communication and delivery. Love dresden glasses - tough comfortable and look good and good to look through

I've been wearing Dresden glasses for years and have always appreciated their quality and customizability for the price. Great value, with so many customization combinations to choose from. The staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

The quality of the glasses is great though it is the colours that sold me. I LOVE that it is recycled material.

I wasn't sure what to expect from an online purchase of eyeglasses, but with a coupon, thought I'd give it a chance. The virtual try-on was helpful. The "selfie" tool for measuring my multifocal lenses was easy; I was skeptical that it would get the lenses right, but I have to say, the fit and sightline are excellent - better than some lenses I've had measured by an optician! I'm impressed and will definitely order from Dresden again.

Great help on the website. As a returning (3rd time at least) to Dresden I am confident that my needs and choices will be taken on and Dresden will deliver. Once you get your individuals detailed, everything just flows.

Love how easy it is to change the arms of the glasses. I love having different glasses every day.

Love the virtual try on for my chosen glasses, they were exactly what I imagined fitted well and look great Arrived as described in the timeframe suggested-fabulous!

They have a great selection of colours for glasses but only 2 frame styles. Sometimes that can simplify the process. Initially I bought a pair of progressives and progressive sunglasses. Once I realized the lenses are interchangeable, I have more pairs now and the arms all mix and match so it is a great fashion accessory, not just glasses! The sales help expand my collection!❤️

But one of the glass frames were the wrong size. I emailed and was told a new pair was sent out immediately but I’ve never got them. Was over a month ago now

I have only positive things to say about Dresden...its products and customer service. I have four pairs of transition glasses. I have not experienced an issue with any of the glasses. Recently I had a new prescription placed in the original frames. Everything was great. Whenever I have spoken with customer service, I have been helped by a personable and knowledgeable agent. I highly recommend Dresden.

My customer service experience is always good at Dresden. The website is straightforward and easy to navigate, and the prices are clearly marked. My prescription is on file, so easy for me to order online.
I opted to pick up my glasses at the Queen St. East location and was helped by a very kind employee.

I love Dresdens! But I don't love the increase in shipping cost to NZ . . . $20 for a replacement / warranty claim seems a bit steep.
