Respuesta de Drinks And Treats
Hello David, thank you for your valued feedback. We thought we would share our packing timeline for this with you so you can see it was not delayed due to our company but the ongoing issues with Royal Mail and the strikes during the busy Christmas period. You placed this order at 5.44pm on the 20/12 and it was dispatched promptly on the morning of the 21/12. I can see it took some time to arrive to you and we fully understand your frustration. Unfortunately the issues and strikes with Royal Mail were out of our hands. If we can assist you with anything else please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your order.
The Drinks & Treats Team.
