Always exactly as expected and great prices

Visited their Chester shop last week and it was like walking into Charlie and The Chocolate Factory - so lovely! Super range of... well, every kind of sweets you could imagine - and Sasha was so knowledgeable and helpful, what a credit to the business. I look forward to returning

Received my parcel a day later than expected due to issues on their side and they then proceeded to ignore my emails address it.

Item has not been delivered
Have waited to see what has arrived in post today by dpd but my order was not delivered

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Have not received anything! And I mean nothing. No email confirmation, no package. But my money has been taken.
No reply to my emails asking for help! No phone number that works.
And a soon to be disappointed child that won’t get what they asked for from Santa.

Found something I haven't seen in shops or been able to buy in years.

Everything from ordering to delivery all perfect

No communication from the company and then a week later cancelled the order.

Delivery was quick, not opened them yet as they are for Christmas, they have had the UK/USA mix a few times before and loved them so not expecting any difference this time.

Product damaged. Have emailed 3 times and not 1 response. Do not use this company

Items were missing from the parcel, have emailed and messaged but no response.

My boy loved his mystery box - so much in it and such good value!

Amazing sweets

Received half my order emailed them a few times and phoned but no answer or responce to either would stay clear as you can't get refund for the missing items

Delivered on time (for a birthday, from abroad), recipient was delighted.

My elderly mum used to have one of theses years ago. So I sent for one. Unfortunately the sound the parrot makes is garbled and is not remotely like a human voice. So it was a complete waste of time. My mum was really upset. No wonder it was a competitive price.

I love Mollies Sweet Shop. I found their website by chance and I'm so glad I did. They have some really decent sweets (UK& USA) and also a really good clearance section. Will definitely order again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
