Drinks And Treats Opiniones

I placed an order on the 28th July and am still waiting. I have phoned and phoned and been promised fa call back, today I have been waiting an hour, Monday I waited 5 hours and had to call back. They keep telling me things that simply aren't true. Promised delivery today and the parcel isn't even in the local depot. Will never use them again or recommend them

From placing of Order to Delivery, it was a very Efficient service. Received our order in good condition.

Excellent site that had a drink my in-laws were trying to find with no luck. Very easy to use. Recommended

First class service. I received my order really quickly, and I was kept informed of every step of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

Prompt and efficient service, very happy would definitely use again.

Arrived safely and tasted really nice liqueur x

Item arrived on time and in perfect condition

Very good service will use them again

First order that I have placed with this company and was disappointed to receive my first order smashed with no alcohol in the bottle! Was sent via Royal mail with no marking on the package to indicate that it was fragile or to handle with care...very surprised if this company as it deals mainly with bottles and fragile items.
As tracked was told when I phoned the company that I had to accept the package and then report via email with photos...what a performance. They then sent a replacement that took another week to arrive via DHL (unmarked van actually delivered). Don't think I would order again

Despite calling twice and paying £5 to have it delivered, I still have not received this.
