This company service is terrible they tried to take money out from my account i didn't subscribe at all and also they hung up phone on me

I was furious, I thought I got scammed after reading all these coments but I did receive my licence all in order, updated and everything. And the srvice is better than the dvla one.

Having just read the reviews for this company it is clear that this is some sort of scam to get you signed up to a service when you just want to re new your licence.
The company comes up first when searching 'Re new licences' so beware, it might look like an official Government website but its not. You will also be signing up to a subscription without realising. I have cancelled my subscription ( they were able to email confirmation straight away on this) but am now in dispute about the extortionate £39 fee to re new my licence, the DVLA cost is £14! Can't understand why the advisor is not able to do this ??
I managed to get through to the customer service helpline no. but Conveniently I now have to email if I want to complain and get my £39 refunded. Whats the point of having a helpline if the person on the other end dosent help. Its feels like a delaying tactic to give time for them to process the payment perhaps ??

I always hated dealing with the DVLA, thanks for them for making that process actually easier - don't understand the hate. Literally is easier to use than the dvla

Second review updating how I was charged for 2 months without realising. I starred the below early September......so it took a good month.

It took a few email attempts back and fourth......at first I received a 'partial refund' one months payment of £39.

I them pushed back and recieved a 'full refund' email. Although they then sent me another £39.

I'm currently chasing the last £39.

I recently tried to renew my driver’s license online and unknowingly ended up on a scam website that looked exactly like the official DVLA site. Without realizing it, I paid £39, only to later find out from an official letter that the actual renewal fee is just £14. The website’s design was deceptive, and I was tricked into thinking it was legitimate. Be careful and make sure you're on the real DVLA site! This scam website is taking advantage of people and needs to be reported.

Designed to look like DVLA so many people have fallen for this scam when DVLA offer this for free. They won’t give you a refund. Absolute scammers, very unprofessional customer service and they put the phone down or lose signal.

These people are theives! Setting up a subscription that you don’t know about till it’s been coming out months down the line!!! Beware!!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING VULTURES ! Just this evening noticed x2 lots of £39 taken from my partners bank account - THIS IS STEALING ! Will be contacting bank first thing in the morning ! There must be so many people out there not aware at all that they are having money withdrawn by these scum bags !!!!!! Thank you to all the previous entries for highlighting and informing us

went thru a divorce and had to relocate. Everything was rather urgent, had to quickly change my address on my documents. I found a few services online to execute all of this quickly and found these guys. Used them and was done properly. Thank god!

Yes I am ashamed to say I am savvy and very cautious, but fell for this one. £39 paid for a zero service. I am 80 years and still stupid! Check this BBC report and fill out the questionnaire and expose this racket: "Banks must refund fraud up to £85,000 in five days"

I thought I was going to be using the petrol locator service but meh, abit too expensive for what it is. Called them and they cancelled my membership right away. Also on a good note, got my licence in my letter box 2-3 days after completing my application

Don't need all the features they're having. Just cancelled my subscription after I got my licence. Sorted

Support responded to my email fast. I didn't know when I would receive my licence. Sent me the tracking. I got it the same day anyway. Happy with that

Shocking scam. No notification of signing up to a membership. I had 3 extra payments of £39 taken off me without noticing. I am trying to get a refund but getting nowhere, company not emailing back now and when you call customer service they say they can't deal with it over the phone, convenient or what. This is top of the list on Google aswell which is a joke. I wonder how many people esepciallythe older generation who don't even know they have signed up to this and paid hundreds without realising. All the 5 star reviews must be fake as why are people saying they signed up then canceled membership what's the point in this, if they realised before hand then just go through DVLA haha.

I needed to get my licence fast. So just accepted to subscribe to this membership. The trick is to unsubscribe right after. You still get your licence and you only pay for that one service. Don't have to use the other features. Win win situation
