AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.
Thinking I was paying a one off payment of £39 for renewal of my drivers licence.
Totally tricked into paying a monthly subscription of £39 for what? Absolutely nothing. No response to any correspondence. I’ve had to request my bank to stop payments. This company is an absolute disgrace.

SCAM ALERT!
This was on top of my search when I was renewing my license and did not realise it was not DVLA. I do not remember subscribing and have taken £39 for 4 months from my account for zero service. Outrageous charges for service I will never used. Watch out.

I really got scared when I subscribed and read the comments. However service was quick and efficient. Got my licence in my box

Totally scammed. Firstly, I don't how/why I renewed my driving license with them in the first place rather than the DVLA. Perhaps it was linked to a speed awareness course I did through Drive Tech, who I suspect might be the same company. I unknowingly paid 3 times the amount for driving license renewal and then they continued to take payments of £39 from my bank account. I didn't realise, stupidly. Now battling to get my £117 back. All fairly criminal. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Their address is 128 City Road London EC1V 2NX if anyone wants to go down there in person.

Scammers. Lead you to believe you are renewing through the DVLA when in fact, you are being overcharged and making monthly payments of £39!

DISGUSTING SCUM!!! SCAMMERS!!! THIEVING FROM PENSIONERS!!!
My 82 year old mum's driving licence had expired and we panicked and quickly went on the Internet (on my phone) to renew it.
I put all her details in for her date of birth, passport number, driving licence number, address etc. and used my card details to pay £39.
I received an email stating that the licence should be with her in 10 days. After 10 days she still hadn't received it so my mum called the DVLA to tell them and was told that they hadn't received her application.
My mum told them the date we had applied and read the email to them, and, as soon as she mentioned Drivers-Help, they told her that it was a scam and for me to contact my bank immediately, otherwise they would take £39 from my account every month!! They also told her that for over 70's there is no fee, it's FREE!!
I then looked on the Internet and saw lots of people who have been scammed too and have had 2 or 3 lots of £39 taken from their bank accounts.
I called my bank and these thieving ***** had set up a recurring payment, which I blocked immediately and I am trying to get my £39 refunded too.
I feel slightly silly because I should have realised it wasn't the DVLA website, however we just panicked.
My mum is currently having treatment for cancer and is also the carer along with myself for my dad who has dementia.
She is a kind and caring lady and has worked hard and helped people all her life and then you get disgusting scum like this who want to rob her her!
I don't know how these people can live with themselves and I really wish with all my heart that they have the worst bad luck in their lives and their families lives.
You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves Drivers-Help!!!

A total scam, they have taken x 3 payments from my account without my consent. They refunded one which is clearly an admission of guilt, but not the other two and have ignored subsequent emails. I would like to know how I can report them in order to retrieve my stolen money. I didn't even realise I was using them when I changed my address on my license! This has been going on for months.

All I can say you guys are bunch of tramps…😡…..

Thieves, renewed my driving licence a few months ago and they don't tell you it's a monthly subscription.
They should be shut down immediately!

Smooth service. Provided very little information and got my licence address updated in no time. Better than the dvla.

I must've renewed my drivers license through them, I can't even remember why I wouldn't have gone to gov uk official site. Anyway license was renewed in June 2024, they have since charged me £39 every month. Under the guise of license renewal they create a subscription and keep charging customers, they are definitely scamming people.

About confused with all these reviews. For whoever is reading this if that helps. I received my licence and everything was in order.

Scammers beware of this website! They took 3 payments of £39 pounds from my bank account without me realising. You get signed up to a subscription service with no say at all.
This is illegal!
They use your details from the first payment and don't tell you they are taking money from you on a monthly basis.
Will be reporting them to the relevant authorities as they are thieves!

It’s a scam!!!!!!!They are taking £39 out of my account whenever they want to.I have been charged £195 already,without realising.Be careful,don’t use them

My mate send me this link when I had to renew my licence as he used that service too. Didn't know was a membership. I will give it a shot and test all these features, if not happy might just cancel it.
