Beware this company and make sure you read the whole pages you visit. I clearly didn’t so was not aware or it was not clear that I was being signed up for a subscription at £39.00/month until I noticed a second payment being taken from my account. They happily stopped the subscription but went silent when I requested a refund. Clearly a case of buyer beware with a company with poor customer service.

I used Drivers-help to change my adress on my licence and declare my car SORN at the same time! Customer support was really helpful, and now I don't have to worry about MOT or insurance reminders either. A bit pricey at £39, but honestly, it's saved me so much stress!

Had a little hiccup with my log book V5C, but customer support sorted it out right away! Now I get reminders for my MOT, and they even found me cheaper petrol.

SCAMMERS Seems I have also been scammed. I no nothing about this company, I updated my driving licence address in May 2024& paid £39 which I assumed was a standard dvla admin cost. I did not sign up to this company to provide me with such things as cheap petrol stations near me !!!! DVLA needs to kick these into touch. SCAMMERS.

Tehri support team was awesome and helped me get everything done quickly. I even got a reminder for my MOT. Pretty handy, but £39 is still a bit much for my budget!

As others have mentioned I have fallen into this situation. Website makes it look like you’re in the Gov.uk site when applying for license but actually it’s a mock. Have contacted them directly and bank for a refund and further payments being taken.

I'm 84 years old and have fallen for this scam when my friend looked into this for me . I've lost 2 lots of £89, and can't get hold of anyone. I thought this site was the dvla and it isn't.
Please beware and make sure its the dvla.

I needed help renewing my licence, and their support was top-notch! Super friendly and made the whole process easy for me. They even threw some tips for saving on petrol and checking MOT dates £39 a month is a little steep, but their help makes it easier to justify!

Pretty good service for £39 a month. Changed my address on my licence, got a reminder for my insurance, and even managed to find cheaper petrol with their tips! It's a bit pricey, but the peace of mind is worth it!

I contacted support because I was worried my licence hadn't been sent yet. They assured me everything was fine, and sure enough, I received it shortly after.

Absolute scam!! I’ve only just found this out. I’m worried now as I’ve received my new license but is it legit?

I wanted to renew my driving license and I was diverted to this website for payment I thought I was paying for my driving license but it was something completely different membership rubbish and 2 payment they took without a driving license was sent to me so I called them and I canceled my so called membership and I was promised full refund 2 monthes later not a many so I called them strange I keep talking to the same person I asked him you promised my full refund you've sent me an email with a load to confirm my membership been cancelled yet no money he told me to go to complaints and fill out the complaints form I told him I cant see this page he said oh you need to go to a computer later I opened my computer I still can't find the page so I thought I've been scammed here I called my bank and they returned my money and they are going to file a complete to try to close this website because he told me that he had many people calling for the same issue please people you've been scammed get out before more money going out of your bank whyvwould I come here to leave and shears my problems that I faced with this company I dont know them but I've been scammed and I'm shearing it with you ask for a refund and find out for your selves

The membership includes some great features I wasn't even aware of at first, like the petrol-saving tool. Great value for money!

SO glad I found this ! I hate dealing with all the paperwork stuff, but these guys sorted my car's SORN declaration and updated my V5C log book without any hassle. Also saved me a few quid on petrol already. Thanks! 🙌

Like many other reviews I’ve read, I have no idea how I’ve even used this company to renew my driving license. I paid what I thought was a one off fee of £39 (I now realise it should only have been £14 on the gov website!) and then the next month realised another £39 had been taken from my account. Apparently I had signed up to a subscription which I had zero idea about and I never received an email at the time to confirm any such subscription! I rang to cancel and received an email to confirm the cancellation and have since had a refund from my bank. Absolutely disgusting company and I’ll be telling all my friends about this experience and to be careful not to use this company when renewing your license! I don’t understand how this company hasn’t been shut down yet as it’s clearly a massive scam!

I did not renew my driving licence with this company, I went via the government website. Somehow they have managed to sign me up to a membership which had me paying £39 a month. This company has stolen my money and personal information, and must somehow be affiliated with the DVLA. I will be reporting wherever possible and will keep demanding a refund.
