£1500 pounds plus item ordered on the…
£1500 pounds plus item ordered on the 19th December AM, as a present for our son for Christmas. Item despatched 20th December for delivery Wednesday 21st. DPD - Doctor Memory’s preferred courier failed to find and deliver to a commercial restaurant premises on each of the days in the run up to Christmas. This meaning the Christmas present did not arrive - we have one extremely disappointed young man who didn’t receive his Christmas gift this year!
Having called Doctor Memory for some supportive help, I was told the item is in transit and nothing they can do about it! What an EPIC FAIL…

I ordered a £2k+ PC
I ordered a £2k+ PC, has problems with it getting stuck in the bios. Failing to find boot device. Sometimes it would load to windows and other times it would get stuck in the bois and require several restarts before it would load back through windows.
Had problems with some games too, failing to load, missing DLL files, games crashing.
1 time it said I needed to activate windows, when the pc is bring new. I tried to activate it anyway & it asked me to restart. (Guess what)? Bios again. Then it crashed, requiring me to repair the PC, after which it loads past bois but not fully into windows. It was like it was stuck just before log on.
The only thing I had access too was restart, internet connection and something else. (The 3 thing before log on.
On the other hand, their customer service was excellent, over the phone the guy sent me emails explaining and explain how verbally over the phone, how to troubleshoot any and all issues.
Then offered and arranged to have the PC, collected for return, the next day free of charge. He said as it is still within the 30 day period I can choose to get a refund, however with the 1 year warranty, their engineer would look at it & do everything they can, to fix and resolve any issues the PC has.
Still undecided at this moment in time.
I would like to give them a chance, however, the i waver, only because I brought my brother a £1.2K PC from cyberpower & it has 1 year parts & 3 years warranty, which is a huge difference.
I’m unsure because, I like to give smaller companies a chance too. 🤷♂️

Brilliant Customer Journey and perfect PC
It was easy to navigate the website and with a few filters found what we wanted. All the important specs are listed on main search results page so no need to click to learn more.
Fast delivery and pc was packaged well. PC itself was exactly as expected at a very competitive price.

I ordered the wrong gaming pc for my son but luckily managed to contact dr memory before the order was despatched and they immediately dealt with the situation with no quibbles. Anyways drama overted i recieved the correct one a day later than promised but that was down to dpd. I can't praise these guys enough. The look and build quality is second to none and the pc arrived well packaged. I've waited a few days before this review in case there were any problems with the pc and am glad to say there aren't any. Straight out the box, plugged in and up and running. My son is highly delighted and all is good this christmas.

There was a pricing error on the item I bought so they issued a refund and advised me how Togo about getting the PC I wanted for less money. Great service!

Ordered a pc bundle for my son for…
Ordered a pc bundle for my son for Christmas, so it won't be st up until the big day. Ordering was easy and although I am a novice in this area with a little research I was able to find what I wanted within my price range as everything was set out well and easy to search. It arrived pretty much straight away with no fuss. Thank you for a hassle free purchase I'm sure my son will love it. I'm hoping set up on Christmas day will also be hassle free 😅

Positively surprised customer
Need to say that I've been a bit worried after reading negative reviews, but I gave them a shot and don't regret it, the pc I have it's awesome in using it for over 2 weeks now and it's spotless, maybe the SSD could be a bit faster but for the price I've bought it for black friday i won't complain. I have contact Dr.Mem by messaging system on website but it's better to send them an email. Delivery was ok but one day late as dpd hold my parcel at the depo. Overall my experience is very positive.

Great product, great price…
Product has arrived and in full working order. Lights and fans weren’t working at first but tutorial on websites FAQs made it easy to connect up. Very well packaged for transit. Great product at a great price. Only issue was with DPD delivery - failed to deliver 3 times before arriving on the 4th day, but did eventually arrive.

The first time I got my PC
The first time I got my PC from this company, it wouldn't work. They took it back and replaced it which was good. However, whenever I boot up my PC, there's an annoying splash screen that i cannot remove. I've tried contacting about it but have had no response. I would appreciate if someone would enlighten me on how to get rid of the XUM booting screen every time I turn on my PC.

So far, loving it. I got it for VR gaming, which I haven't tried yet.
The delivery was great. The team was helpful. I bought the keyboard and mouse as I didn't know it would come with the computer.
