Customer service the two times I’ve reached out have been amazing. Always prompt, polite and helpful! Samantha was great this time.

I regularly use Dr Sam cleanser, intense moisturiser and the spf and absolutely love the products. However, recently I tried the flawless serum and it caused a reaction to my skin as I have sensitive skin. The customer care I received was second to none and they have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues I had. Their products really are the best if you have any dermal issues but be careful to avoid some actives. I will stick to Dr Sam products that I know work well for me.

Really great customer service. I was billed for an order subscription that I wasn't aware was being renewed. Reached out to the team, who advised that I should return the items once delivered. Was disappointed that I would still need to pay postage. Once the return was received, they refunded me for the whole order, even though I kept 1 item and returned 1 item. Thanks for the good will gesture!

Excellent customer service. I had trouble with a welcome code on my first order & the team were very responsive, efficient & helpful. Can’t wait to receive the products!

Been a long standing customer for years- I recently moved from the UK to Germany and played my first order to my new home address. For some reason, the final shipping address was listed again as my London address which I saw immediately- I wasn’t able to cancel the order on my end so quickly emailed customer service. Full working day over, get an email my order is shipped. Again, wrong address. I’m yet to hear back but the fact I can’t cancel my order right after placing it and such poor response times for urgent issues aren’t the standard I was expecting.

A couple of years ago I started, and never went back to another brand! I trust the brand, because my skin loves it. I have sensitive dry skin , I use to get reactions from other brands, but since i found Dr Sams, i got hooked instantly. I use the cleanser, the moisturisers, the spf , the tinted spf, the nightly & brightly serum and I LOVE ALL OF IT ♥️my skin has never felt better + the customer service is always helpful when I need them.

Brilliant products

Delivery was fast and communication was excellent. Very happy with the products so far, especially the neutralising gel which is very effective at calming acne prone skin.

Living in Australia, I appreciate how quickly orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.

Royal Mail left the package when I wasn't at home, and the package went missing.

I contacted them as I was away in the moment it was mistakenly delivered, explained what happened and the customer service listened.

I had an issue with a "flawless neutralising gel", which seemed off in its color/texture. Immediately got a response from the Customer Care team and a new product to replace the old one. Very positive experience! Also - loving the products.

Best customer service. My parcel was sent to the wrong address and in no time they sorted it for me.

I’ve move to using Dr Sam’s in the last year and am obsessed! The cleanser makes my skin feel amazing and I love the very simple routine with the serums and moisturiser! The tinted SPF is also lovely, is super light and give a new fresh finish!
