Dr.Thomas was great. Our call lasted only 5 minutes. Within that time, I gave him my symptoms and he agreed with what my suspicion was. My prescription for antibiotics was called in within the hour and I was able to take my first dose that evening. This is an amazing resource for those who do not have insurance. The prices are unbeatable and you get the same results as going to see a physician. With COVID and our current circumstance of social distancing, it's so convenient and safe. Would highly recommend and will use this again and again.

I have used the Drsays site twice. It was a Godsend because I was unable to see a local Dr with the precautions needed for the covid virus in place. My visits were with Dr. Shamina Sattar. Dr.Sattar was so helpful & reassuring. My concerns were addressed quickly by Dr Sattar & her staff. They scheduled me a phone visit as well as phoned in my prescriptions the same day! As a new patient I was pleasantly surprised.

I just used drsays today for the first time ever. I had a phone consult with a dr within 10 minutes of signing up and providing a couple images. the antibiotics were called into my pharmacy within 20 mins of that. So basically they did the job within about 30 minutes of signing up. Super friendly doc, and got the diagnosis spot on and the best antibiotics for the issue. I will use them again.

Update: 1-2 weeks later- just wanted to report that the antibiotics were 100% effective in clearing up the infection- drsays is amazing and quite literally saved a life here.

I had an infection and needed some antibiotics quickly and they prescribed in the correct antibiotics for me that day!

I had to call customer service because the Pharmacy I told them to send the prescription to did not have one of my medications.

I contacted customer service and they got right back with me and had the prescription sent to another Pharmacy after contacting the doctor.

I found their excellent customer service refreshing as I was sure I was going to have to pay again to see the doctor when I wasn't the case at all.

I would and will use Dr says again no bulshit as I'm a tough reviewer rarely give a five star

The doctor was very informative and took his time to explain what may be needed and why. The process was easy as far as payment, and quick. I was able to schedule with Dr Badwany specifically, you are also given a choice to take first doctor available. Hope you find it as easy as I did.

Last week I signed up because I had a fever and started to notice I might have cellulitis and it barely started so not noticeable but can feel the pain and I had it before so I needed antibiotics. When the doctor called he said my hands look fine and it’s impossible that cellulitis to be more than one limb. Argued with him for a couple min thence told me to call back when it’s swollen or worse. 2 days later all my limbs were swollen and went to ER and reports came back to be CELLULITIS.it all could have been avoided if he prescribed the antibiotics!!!! So pretty sure some doctors on here
is very unprofessional and very inexperienced!!

My boyfriend needed medical care and was hesitant about going to hospital or drs office because of covid and sick people.
I was skeptical but thought let's give it a shot.
I was very impressed, we took a pic of his issue (a cyst)
Dr called us as scheduled and called in a much needed antibiotic.

I always wanted to try this but was always sketchy. Now, during the covid issues, my daughter ran an ear/sinus infection and her job hours at walmart doesn't give her the free time to go see a Dr and she isnt qualified for insurance yet. So, I figured this was the best time to check a teledoctor out. Saw this, signed up gave the pre-authorized 35 fee, which only clears the account if the appointment goes through. If I cancel, no fee is charged. Dr rang her ten mins later, they talked for a bit as and she now has meds waiting for her at our local publix tomorrow morning.. I'll update this if something goes wrong far as the meds. If I dont, all went well!

I currently don't have a doctor and this service saved my life. My appointment was on time, the doctor was very nice. Great service!

Excellent experience. Dr Maze was amazing and easy to talk to. I absolutely reccomend this site for people who dont have insurance and need to get there meds. Looking forward to continuing to use this from now on.

Drsays was the cheapest i could fine and most efficient! I made an appt last night and had my appt this morning and got my medication an hour later at the pharmacy! Dr. Maze is super nice and got what i needed immediately. I will definitely go to DrSays whenever i need urgent relief.

Excellent work guys! It was very easy to speak and open, I felt completely at ease. Not sure why I had two guys on the line but two heads are better than one. I will say on a lower level of symptoms and care I believe some research "better check several" one can come up with pretty solid diagnosis, nobody knows my body better than me. These guys I believe worked right down to an exact and I am convinced antibiotics are my cure. If I am wrong we take the doctors route. By allowing such open conversation I am sure these two did their job and did it well.

Fast n easy registration. Dr Sattar was very helpful and informative. No video capability so I sent pics. Response time was awesome and I received my prescription within the hour.

Even tho I read great reviews, I was still skeptical. I was wrong. What a great experience. Very nice Dr. She asked all the right questions and had me off the phone in 5 min. Within the half hour, I was at the Rx picking up my asthma meds. All for the price of an office copay $35. Very impressed and would def use again.

I am so happy and relieved to have had my health problem taking care of in a cordial and efficient manner. Great experience!

Trapped in US and unable to return to Sweden due to lockdown there, my plane ticket canceled by the airline, had developed a condition requiring antibiotics, and my thyroid medication was also running out. At nearly age 77, with an immune system problem, did not want to risk going to ER or a clinic for my badly needed meds. Dr. Ryan Buvwany was compassionate to me. Above all, he knew exactly what antibiotic was needed for my emergency condition, as well as my regular med, and calmed my fears. I had tried clinic after clinic where they all wanted me to appear in person, despite my immune system problems. Dr. Buvwany may have saved my life. I am not exaggerating. Am very grateful.
