I had an issue with one of the products…
I had an issue with one of the products in my recent Summer Kit order, but I’m genuinely impressed with how the Dr. Barbara Sturm customer service team handled it.
Audrey D. was kind, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. After reviewing the photos and details I provided, the team quickly arranged a replacement without unnecessary back and forth.
Luxury skincare is not only about the products themselves, but also about the customer experience — and in this case the support truly matched the brand standard.

She checked everything and arranged for a replacement to be sent with an extra freebie to compensate me for the inconvenience. What great customer service. The customer service I experienced from Dr. Barbara Sturm was wonderful. This is a brand I've been using for several years now and love so much. I'm forever obsessed with their products. Great customer service with not great new policies
she was great. But it's also sad that Sturm used to be way more flexible in giving out multiple sample sachets or at least a smaller sample bottle as they are selling 160 euro serums.... but that's obviously not her fault. she was informative, quick and very professional.

Shipping courier issue and resolution
I had an issue with the courier that left the box crushed and a product damaged. I reached out and communicated with Sara AL regarding a resolution. She was absolutely wonderful, answered all of my questions, and escalated my shipping issue quickly in order to replace what was damaged. I'm so grateful to Sara AL.
