Great service and good product
Brought a set of roof bars after an enormous cock up by Halfords, these guys gave great service after an initial problem they made contact straight away and nothing was too much trouble. The bars were a good product so much better looking than most Thule bars..good value too..

Wanted a set of side steps sent a message via Ebay to ask if they would fit my variant . Did not get a reply so i made a phone call. Was told they would fit .( they did not ) Called them up and was told it will cost £25. I agreed , but on hindsight found this to be wrong. Contacted them And was told because they never confirmed by e-mail , they accept no responsibility.

Purchased a set of Roofbars for my Transit Custom, great service! Called them recently as needed some new caps due to being damaged by a garage, they were really helpful and put a few in the post to me free of charge - spot on ! 👍

VW T5 rear spoiler poor fit
Bought VW T5 rear spoiler. Doesn’t fit properly. Leaves multiple gaps. Refused a refund. Poor customer service, poor product. Avoid.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company to deal with, ordered a set of roof rails for my van a few months ago which arrived in no time. They look great by the way.
Then this week one of the dust caps broke for the rails,I emailed them if they could supply me a new one or 2, which I was happy to pay for.
2 days later a complete set arrived in the post for free!
