The work was done well, and I'm happy with the result. My only quibble was that it took a surprising amount of time (and reminders) to get the quote after the initial visit. Presume it was an anomaly.

A very speedy response from Dublin Plumbing Services, quick identification of the problem and immediate resolution. It's a little more expensive than I expected but having been scammed by another plumber recently, I was willing to pay for Dublin Plumbing Services very professional and honest service.

We had a leak that needed emergency attention. Called DPS and was dealt with in a very caring, professional manner. I was delighted to be informed that someone would be with me immediately.
The plumber that arrived was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our story of our issue, reassured us and got to work on the problem, fixing it within 40 mins. He was an expert at his job and really understood our predicament. (We have two toddlers in the house). He left with a smile and told us to contact DPS is there was ever another issue. Help was near hand. It is truly refreshing to meet such great tradespeople and office staff in today's fast paced world. Highly recommended. 10/10 on all fronts.

Exceptional Service. From start to finish, job was completed on time, text messages were sent to say the guys were on the way, never late. A very messy lead pipe replacement, and the home was left spotless on completion. From the service in the office to the actual work on site all i can say was faultless. Highly recommended, and will pass on the contact to anyone i know. Well done all. Absolute Rarity for service like this these days

I rang early in the morning with a problem involving my toilet in my apartment. The person on the phone was very helpful and as the problem was urgent she got me an appointment the same day and promised to ring me back if she had to make it for the next day.the plummer arrived soon afterwards and was very polite and did his best to repair the problem so i had a good product that would last.i was impressed and very grateful. Rang this company who advertise no call out charge. When I asked about someone calling out I was told there is a charge of €120plus VAT to be paid up front to the company before anyone even calls out or looks at the job. I asked if i could pay on the day when the person arrives and examines the problem but i was told no. So basically there is a call out charge in disguise. I did not proceed with the arrangement.

Arrived on time had rung ahead to let me know.
Completed the job to my satisfaction.
Service follow up was prompt and professional

I had a callout on Thursday with Dublin Plumbing Services. 120 Euro to spend 10 minutes here and tell me I needed new expansion vessel and 2 new valves to fix the problem. Subsequently sent an email with a price of 650 Euro to replace expansion vessel and 2 valves..this was after a generous discount of 120 Euro. I decided to go elsewhere and was charged 120 Euro by a Plumber to recharge the expansion vessel, a service I was not offered by Dublin Plumbing Services. The quote tp fix the problem was outrageous. A very bad experience and I will not be using Dublin Plumbing Services again.

Thanks for the Reply Hugh. There was no initial recharge done of the Vessel by Dublin Plumbing Services and the Plumber I ended up using was charging 300 if I needed a Vessel Replacement.

Hugh contacted me by phone on 5/6/25 and subsequently refunded me the callout fee as no work was carried out on the boiler. I was not expecting to be refunded and it was a nice gesture by Hugh.

We had a pretty complex leak issue within the walls of our apartment and the guys located and fixed the issue. I’m very grateful for all their help & expertise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an experienced plumber.

It is not the first time I use this company and I am more than happy with the results. Everything from start to finish ran smoothly, I got a quick response to all through the process.

Andy came out to complete some work in my property. He was polite, efficient and professional. The turn around time from when I called, to the engineer coming out was same day. Very happy with this service I'll definitely be using them again.

Discovered last Thursday that an overflow pipe from our water cylinder was leaking. Rang Dublin Plumbing Services first thing last Friday & they were out by noon. Fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. Great service & very well priced too. Would highly recommend

Very slow process. I had to call several times. Even after the first visit by technicial it took several days to get a quote. Sorry. Could be happier!

The quality of the work which necessitated replacing the Filler Valve was first class and carried out by a nice friendly fella whose name I can't remember.
I thought the Domestic Rate Call Out of €176 plus VAT was steep but so be it!

Took a few goes to eventually solve an unusual issue (thanks Andy) but DPS were committed to resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

Excellent service on my boiler. Professional from start to finish.
