I know we called to your business to assess a leak , and issued a quote for further works ( which included a refund for the first visit ) and I know we subsequently called back to complete the quote , I have no other information after that , I will look into this call and get back to you ASAP

Not a success
Not so good nothing was fixed and the problem not found, got a new Plummer and it seems the problem was a stiff valve .

I've investigated your job and spoken to the engineer and he has given me details of the call , it seems we called to a gas boiler breakdown on a Viessmann boiler (approx. 1 year old ) which was not firing , after Andy's initial investigation he rang the manufactures technical agent in Dublin and went through all the parameters and fault codes with them , after completing all this the Viessmann tech team advised him that in there opinion it was a manufacturers fault most likely around a diverter valve .
At this stage we should have asked Viessmann to come out and complete a warranty call , and this is where our service did not meet our standards , Customer service is vitally importance to us and I fully understand why you are unhappy , and as discussed on our phone call I am happy to refund your initial payment .

Update 23rd April - after having a telephone conversation with Caitriona I agreed the call was not completed according to our standards and we refunded the initial payment .

The call out was quick which was great…
The call out was quick which was great as the problem needed to be addressed. The source of the problem was found very quickly. Staff member was very nice and helpful.
Was disappointed that no action had been taken to fix the problem by Dublin Plumbing Services as the call out fee was dear. Another company had to be called out to fix the problem.

Solved long standing problem
Had a long standing problem with radiators in kitchen. Eoin from Dublin Plumbing Services solved the problem. It took a lot longer than expected but we were only charged the original quoted price. Eoin was determined to get it sorted and our heating system has never worked better.
