Best of online and local shopping
The best of both online and local bike store shopping with competitive pricing and excellent service!
They were very helpful answering questions (over the phone and by email) before I ordered, and also shipped the bike interstate to a local bike shop who assembled it and were excellent on collection.
Dutch Cargo Bikes were also fast resolving a warranty issue with a replacement part.
Overall a great experience!

The team from Dutch cargo bike were really helpful both pre and post sales. There were a couple of issues with the bike I purchased and they were responsive and worked closely with the manufacturer to remedy.

Great Customer Service from Dutch Cargo.
I purchased a fantastic and very difficult to find brand new Tern Verge X18. I live interstate in WA. The good people from Dutch Cargo were nothing short of exemplary in their customer service. They bent over backwards to meet my needs and shipped the bike safely. It was sold at a 24% reduction and was packed really well. I called a few times and each time they were patient, courteous and helpful. I recommend this company.
