I have been purchasing from Dutyfreedepot for a few years and always
satisfied with product, customer service and shipping time. I do not like
the shipping prices now, but still a good deal.
Very good company to purchase from.

The products/brands are what I need, although the prices have risen, but the value is still better than retail. Shipping is another problem sometimes. My orders have not been delivered and had to be tracked and reshipped a second time. I think the company may need another shipper?

The rep that I speak with is Great and attentive with my needs, she is really Good.

Customer service is readily available and responds to my inquiry's quickly!

My item did not arrive in the agreed timescale. I contacted duty free deopt and they kindly agreed to send a replacement of my item; my replacment was received within about 10 working days. I was very please with the support and the customer service skills that were provided :)

An order of cigarettes did not arrive within the timescale and I was concerned - particularly as some reviews were saying not to use the company if in the UK. However, I contacted them and they reshipped the cigarettes which duly arrived. So - a delay and frustration but ultimate satisfaction.

Superior customer service.

Been using them for 3 years, shaky in the beginning, but have come a long way with their service. Got my order in less than 2 weeks without a problem.

Duty Free has an excellent customer service department. If a shipment doesn't arrive, or only a partial one, they are very quick to correct the problem. I highly recommend them.

THE BEST COMPANY I EVER ORDERED FROM !

I have been a customer for years and they have always delivered. Have had a few instances where parcel didn't arrive due to USPS/Customs and they were always responsive and shipped a replacement. Some shipments take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. My last order took 4 days, wow. Like some customers I was upset when they started charging for shipping. But if you wait for a sale it offsets the shipping costs. Excellent customer service.

Received a letter from UK customs saying my order impounded.. contacted dutyfreedepot to see if this was a normal occurrence to which I have had no reply after nearly 2 weeks.. wouldn't recommend this company at all.. wasn't actually saving much by ordering but a few friends were interested and decided to order one pack of 200 cigarettes to see if they arrived..
###UPDATE ### Wow .. just had a call from a lovely person at freedepot.com to say I had missed their reply to my complaint and am now getting a full refund.. good customer relations makes things a lot easier so hopefully be adding a few stars to this review as soon as refund in place..

The company has excellent customer service, it is very easy to place an order. Your order is shipped almost immediately and is usually delivered within 2 weeks. I would strongly recommend this company for your needs.

I have been doing business with these guys for 10yrs(?)../ The transactions were always perfect. Over the last 9 months or so, they have had shipping issues and have raised the prices and i have had to contact them numerous times to see whats going on with the shipment. Usually it is getting returned to them from NY customs, and they need to wait for the return and resend. This takes too much time. However, after a few lame sales people were let go, the communication is much better. Thank You Steve,for keeping me as a customer. I would suggest that they provide tracking numbers to the customers after the order ships so we can follow them to the destination, instead of waiting for a problem and then reacting,

I made a purchase and I received it just fine. Their customer service always answered my emails, very transparent process. The mail arrived in my country within one week and the customs invoice process took two weeks (that is what it usually takes for any package). I'm very satisfed and will certainly do business again.

I have been using Duty Free for over 5 years now. Yes sometimes a postal worker in the the US or Israel get to smoke or sell my Camels.

They have always made the shipment good and the second shipment comes faster than I am used too.

Will continue to use them !

Rip off !!!!!!! Do not order from this company, my cigs did not arrive so after 5 weeks i sent an email and was told to check with my local post office to see where the parcel was Rip off !!!!!! Rip off !!!!!! Rip off !!!!!!!

Been using DFD for 2 years now. A few lost pkgs, but always re-shipped. Very satisfied & recommended.

i am very pleased with dutyfreedepot i received my favorite brand of cigarettes parliament lights complimentary. definitely a very good company.

There's only one government store in Quebec that sells alcohol. I order a bottle of Vodka on Dutyfreedepot.com to check the reliability. The Vodka came close, but Canada Post returned it to them. Even if the bottle is still on it's way back, they sent me another one to try again. I received it.

Very good service and communication with Dutyfreedepot.com. I recommend it

I have been ordering from Duty Free Depot for several years. Occasionally a part of my order will get lost in transit. When I send an E-Mail regarding the problem, they PROMPTLY re-ship any missing merchandise, I have been very satisfied with the results.

I have been ordering for yrs from this company. If they ever do make a mistake or even if my order is lost, they have always made it right.
