Communication was excellent Julian even phoned when he would arrive. The work was carried out efficiently and you can't detect any repair.

Great job very well done. Only criticism would be I had to wait 3 months to get my dent sorted out. However the engineer who attended was very professional and removed the dent completely.

The technician phoned to let me know he was on the way, and then again when he was five minutes away. He was friendly helpful and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with repairing my car. And I must say the receptions who answered the phone when I first called them about my car needing a repair were very helpful friendly and talked me through the whole process without out any fuss.

Everything was done very neatly and respectfully of any property. The team were amiable and chatted through the work they would be doing.

Darren was a very warm character and extremely efficient with his work. He phoned me to let me know when he would be arriving and he was on time. Such a pleasant and delightful young man whose workmanship made me a very happy person 😊.

The Technician arrived as planned and quickly said the wrong van was sent and he would only be able to repair one alloy. This was was done perfectly, he said he will organise the other work when the van was available.
