Sarah was quick in response, and understanding of my situation, which I had received my link months ago and now that I’m out on holiday I found my link expired and I hadn’t fully saved my Driving Permit. With my order ID, Jared was able to resend the link and now I can confidently rent my auto in the morning! Contacted this company today to be met with rudeness, abuse and swearing at me for asking a question.

A genuine review, I have screenshots of the conversation for all to see and would upload them if I could.

I will never use this company EVER!

Fraud!! AVOID - I inadvertently made my application in a rush without double checking and there is no customer service as shown on their website.

DO NOT GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION. They can't even write a basic English sentence (see below). Don't fall for their scam.

I do not leave five star reviews lightly but in this case it is well earned. Friendly and efficient service and incredibly fast turnaround.

Highly recommended and so much easier than going to the post office for individual IDP'S!
