Well since being on the vapes, been ordering from you almost 1 Yr, great oil great price, great service. I've moved address and set up a new account. So settled in with my account for my guilty pleasure. Happy shopper life's good 👍

Order always comes quickly! Such good prices. Had one issue with delivery which wasn't e_vapes fault.
Evapes rectified this as soon as I let them know. Even gave me a couple of free liquids for the inconvenience!
Great customer service

I have always used e-vapes either in local shop or online unfortunately 3 times my favourite vape juice has been discontinued and I'm struggling to find one I like.Maybe time for me to stop.

In order online all the time from e vapes consistent good service items sent out usually that day or next day. Can’t get my juice from anyone else brilliant shop

Good value for money and would buy them again

Ordered on 06/03/25, advertised as next working day delivery. I emailed on 11/03/25 as DPD tracking showed my parcel had not been dispatched. No response until 13/03/25. As of today, 27/03/25, my order has still not been dispatched. I emailed 2 days ago to cancel - no acknowledgement, response and despite asking, no refund.

Have unfortunately experienced similar service when ordering with E-Vapes online (yes - should have known better)

Customer service is almost non existent online and next day delivery isn't worth the scrolling banner it's written on. If you would like to shop with E-vapes, my suggestion would be that you visit one of their shops. Alternatively, there are several other Vape stores that will actually fulfil your order.

Placed an order on the 6th of January 2025, still have not received my vapes. Have rung them and left messages, have e-mailed them, have had no reply, no vapes and no refund. Todays date it 30th of January 2025. Very disapointed and out of pocket. Cant believe nobody has got back to me!

Atrocious store in Wallasey with nasty unkind staff. Racist treatment of foreign customers. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism training! The director Darren Mason is a pompous and condescending man that does not care about racism in his stores, nor does he care about the sale of low quality liquids nearing their expiry and potentially causing his customers harm. Do not shop here if you care about your health and do not give these corrupt people your money!

I ordered twice and received my order wrong. After the first time I already reached out the customer service,where Hannah promised the next order they send an extra liquid due to my issue. The second order was wrong again,so reached out Hannah and I got £10 off what I couldn’t use due website issues. However she packed extra liquids,she packed my order herself and I received it within 48 hours. The warehouse was experiencing some problems,but the fact they take my small orders seriously and sorted my issues quickly earned them 4stars.

I ordered a few items on the 27/05/23, it said overnight delivery.
After several weeks of not having received the items, I emailed the company. There was no reply. I called the number on the order form, there was an answering machine and again, no one called me back.

After I wrote a review here, I finally received an email. It said that they had replied to me and that my items had been delivered to a shop nearby as requested by me.

I checked again my emails and SPAM, no emails from them before this one. I also checked the order form and the indicated delivery address was my home address, no shop.

In any case, I went to the shop. They didn' t have my parcel. I contacted e-vapes again and they said that my parcel had been lost by the shop keeper.

I've received my parcel today 03/07/23.
