While I have no problem with the item received. The only issue be it a rather significant one the address was not correct!! while the invoice had the correct address your parcel label was incorrect it was more by luck than judgement it arrived yesterday. This being by the postman putting the name to the post code.

Have not received my parcel and it's been over 3weeks

Waited 2 week for my order as they claimed the postal van was stolen, when the item was delivered it did not contain all the items listed in the description was contacted by a rather rude member of staff who said yes it was recalled by pax and despite me saying the description written on the website was incorrect I kept being given excuses
