Sorry to say but I have a question

Sorry to say but I have a question. If you really are good payment gateway why do you so many bad comments. Actually I am a businessman. I am planning to start international business but I am looking for something trustable and business dependable only on payment gateway. I am saying these words because first i have spend 15 to 20 lak to setup my business internationally for that I need payment gateway. If my money stuck or anything happened seriously. I would die. I request each an every payment gateway of India please build your trust. Like payoneer have good rating and best customer service.

Waiting for documents removal from your platform with proof

Hello there

I informed your team already to remove my data from your platform and still no changes and on your last review i get reply this " Our team has already initiated a request to ensure your documents are removed from our onboarding system, and we will confirm this with you directly." But there is nothing deleting process update i received on my email or anything why ? isn't these reviews also effecting your business or you want customer to wait 1-2 year for simple request?

After 3hr of extensive documents…

After 3hr of extensive documents submition, and 12hr of wait. They refused to onboard. Ye payment gateway bnao aur khud hi use Karo. Worst experience. Submitted all documents.

Worst Experience With Easebuzz Team (Priyanka Mam)

Worst Experience With Easebuzz Team, i've contacted with some Priyanka Patil mam 3 days back and she told me to drop a mail and they assured me that they will resolve the problem asap. Its more than 72 hours, i have not got any confirmation from them. Moreover, i contacted Priyanka mam again and she responded like she was not knowing me only. In conclusion, they are not taking any clients responsibility and after sales service is totally zero. I do not recommend any business to opt for Easebuzz, it is the worst payment gateway i've ever seen till now.

Disappointing Experience with Easebuzz: Potential Fraud Concerns

I recently registered with Easebuzz, providing all my documents for onboarding as a digital product business. However, after following up with their customer support, I was informed that they are currently not accepting digital product businesses for onboarding.

What troubles me is that they collected my personal information without any intention of proceeding with my application. This raises serious concerns about their data handling practices and transparency. If they are not onboarded, I expect my documents to be deleted from their database immediately, but I have not received any assurance regarding this.

I find this situation alarming and potentially fraudulent. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with Easebuzz, as my experience suggests they may not be handling customer information responsibly. I hope they improve their communication and practices to build trust with their users.

Worst company helping froud and fake companies like Sale Buy for making their online transactions and not give the product or returning back the money .. so please don’t trust this application and don’t do any online payments through this applications.

WORST PG IN INDIA.

This is the worst payment gateway in the market. Not provide proper technical support, their technical team is not competent. They have held my 24 lakhs rupees of money after saying that my business doesn't support their compliance, if that's the case why did you guy provided us the pg? Then I've been continuously mailing them & calling them, but none of them respond to my call. None of them have provided any solution. They 1st said that they will provide the amount after 6 months holding period. Then after 4 months they said they can pay the amount but 2 lakhs penalty will be charged. After acquiring hefty interest for 6 months they said this. Then after 6 months they're not replying and responding, They have kept my hard earned money like this.
