Requested samples 3 times, by chat, website etc. Absolutely nothing. Poor customer service.

Great professional service from start to finish, it was only a small job but I felt like a valued customer throughout and the product and finish of the lawn is transformative. Engaging with Easigrass was very straight forward - Mason made it very easy to get comfortable with what was required and the everything ( contract, surgery, install) all occurred on timeline and inline with expectations. Very happy with final product - installation team were polite, professional and efficient.

I've used Easigrass many times over the years, and they've always been good. But my last service, on 5th December with Abdul, was exceptional. He was polite, professional and did a stellar job on both lawn and surrounding area leaving the place spotless! Thank you Abdul!

I am very happy to be able to report that Easigrass have been in touch following my negative review, and have been extremely helpful and promised to replace my grass confirming that it will be fitted shortly. They apologised for the delay and have even offered to send samples of alternative products and dates for fitting.

An excellent result as I have always sung the praises of the product which is excellent and I think is as close to the look of real grass that it is possible to get.

I would certainly recommend Easigrass to anyone who wants a top quality product and now I can say an extremely good customer service, then Easigrass is the company to go to. I would also like to comment that even though we experience gale force winds the grass has never moved or required any maintenance.

Not a cheap thing to do but seeing my small garden now its looks bigger and brighter.
They gave me a called 30 mins before arrival which I asked for. Felt like their was good attention to detail, also went above and beyond to empty my old plant pots so I can repot them next summer as trimmed my hedge and took it all away.

They were friendly reliable the work looks really professional im very happy with it:)

Quote was quick simple and well explained. The work was completed with professionalism and care. Whilst my job was small and didn't require any soil removal or digging the workmen were courtioius and obliging.

Mason my first contact at Easigrass was great, efficient and very helpful from sending out samples, to providing a quote and all the way through to fitting and aftercare. Ben came and did a site survey informing me of what to expect on the day and then on the day everything ran smoothly and was exactly as described by everyone that I made contact with. The end result is fab and they transformed our garden! The work was carried out efficiently and no mess was left on site after the job had been completed. I have used Claire and Neil before so knew how good they are at their job.
The chaps arrived on time and carried out the work with proficiency and care. They left the site tidy and clean and we are absolutely delighted with the end product. We are very pleased with the Easigrass product and installation.
Everything was on exactly on time as specified and the two contractors very thorough in the installation process and they left the garden and driveway spotless when complete.

Mason was a pleasure to deal with and incredibly responsive and helpful. The installation team were also brilliant and quickly addressed an issue with the surface requiring more hardcore than expected to provide a good outcome.
All in all, a professional and good experience!

The one thing that stands out for me was the EASE with which Easigrass handled everything.
From the on site visit by Ben to the post installation customer care by Racquel.
I am an enthusiastic DIY person so have a fair understanding of how things should be done. For the larger jobs that require heavier equipment you simply have to call in the professionals. In this case I am very pleased I chose Easigrass. They explain everything in detail where necessary and their installation was extremely efficient.
Just as important was how their customer care took care of any issues that arose.

Suggest: Buy the product and get your own installer.
Contacted this company 5th April 2024. Job completed 15th August, 51 hours work. Absolutely appalling service. All communications initiated by me, the customer, for four months in an effort to get the job completed. Plenty of communication from Easigrass NI and their recommended installer when looking for payment four months later but none when I was trying to get the job completed. How embarrassing Easigrass Northern Ireland. I contacted the MD in the London Head Office, the NI franchise office and the UK online complaint contact, when the installer walked off mid job, NO RESPONSE. FYI: The web designers do not do installations. Expectation created on the website does not match the customer experience.
If you have low expectations of service, are happy to be treated poorly, don’t mind giving your hard earned monies away without question, then this is the franchise to deal with.
Was my installation worth it, definitely not.
Would I recommend Easigrass Northern Ireland and their installer : Absolutely not.
