I bought my grass through the ebay website as there are no delivery charges.
The website and item ordered were clear and easy to select a suitable product.

Honestly so happy with everything. Delivery was really smooth, turned up when it said it would, and the driver was lovely which just made it all feel easy.

The samples were a lifesaver because I had no idea what I was choosing at first, but they made it way easier to pick the right one. And now it’s down, it looks so good and actually feels really nice too, not that weird scratchy fake grass.

Really happy with it and would 100% recommend.

When we went to the showroom to look at the grass we were very impressed but the samples that arrived looked so bad we can’t order the grass if that’s how it could look!

We ordered a few samples to help us decision making. The order was shipped very quickly, with excellent follow up and advice on our nearest showroom where we can go to have a look at a larger example of the samples that have been shortlisted. Very happy with the service so far and planning on visiting the showroom to finalize our choice.

Ordering of the grass was fine and easy process but everything after that has been an awful experience. When the grass FINALLY got delivered, after a 4 week (told it would be 3/4days max) wait and the 5th time they told us it would be delivered the delivery man was rude to me as I couldn’t help him lift a 125kg tube of grass off his van due to being heavily pregnant. He then dragged the grass over our slabs in the garden and damaged them and the grass. This put holes all along the top and 3/4 way down of the grass. We couldn’t cut it off as we needed the amount of grass we ordered. During a complaint to customer services about the delivery of our grass and what state it was in we were told that as a ‘gesture of good will’ they would give us £30 and that would be the max they would give. The order was well over £400 so not even 10% of the total amount. I have asked for someone to call me multiple times as she I do call the people I need to speak to ‘they’ve gone home’ so i’m waiting on a reply. The service and delivery of the grass haven’t been a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company at all and would never use again in the future. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Brilliant selection of differing quality grasses at very competitive prices. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The customer service has been fine. I am a gardener and booked for a delivery so I would have the turf in advance of my job.

The grass has never shown and now not in stock. Fortunately they have swapped it for me which I am grateful for but the job wont be completed until 10 days after it should've been.

They have tried to put it right but the inconvenience cant be. The grass should be top quality when it arrives. It normally is.

Absolutely woeful!

Ordered two large pieces of artificial grass early March. Website gave a delivery date on the 19th of March. All good. Dug out and prepped the area all ready for the grass on the 19th of March, got to the day and chased delivery to be told the website shouldn't have given me that date and that it was a special order and would have to come direct from manufacturer. This is in spite of several emails and text telling me the order was on its way.

Highly irritating but occasionally these things happen. No firm date given just "a few weeks" until it'd arrive. Got an email last week stating delivery would be today, the 15th of April Again arranged for my installers to be on site for today. Called yesterday as online tracking portal was still showing they were awaiting stock, got a callback 5 hours later to assure me that there'd be no issue and delivery would definitely be the 15th.

Lo and behold, phone call this morning to say due to routing issues that the order hadn't been dispatched and wouldn't be sent til next Wednesday the 22nd. Suspect product still not in stock and this is a feeble excuse. Asked for a full refund, we'll see if this arrives any easier than the grass.

Great quality turf and delivery driver was here when expected even alittle early in the morning which was perfect. Price is competitive. Only reason for a 4 star review is because no fixings were provided to secure the turf down. I think if this is added when selling turf would be fantastic.

Simon was very kind, helpful and talked about the different kinds of fake grass. My son came with me as well. My son was surprised at how easy and quick it was to choose the kind of grass I wanted, the membrane and pins. Simon explained how long the order would take, any charges so that I could make an informed decision. I cannot wait for my fake grass to arrive and so glad I visited the shop in person.

Excellent service from start to finish. The in‑store experience was great, with clear displays, a knowledgeable assistant, and very competitive prices and discounts. After purchase, I needed to amend my order and this was handled smoothly with no issues at all. Delivery was exactly as promised, on time, and the driver went above and beyond to manage a tricky kerbside delivery. Highly recommended.

Was ok but wanted more cusioning bit too thin, ended up buying from someone else. But thank you.
