It’s always great dealing with the Eastern Marine Team. Every time I have bought coral from them I get a little surprise hitch hiker or two that’s beneficial to my marine tank.

I paid extra to have my fish not delivered to me.
I bought from EM previously and had coral delivered fine. This time I paid extra for same day shipping for a fish. I was not told I would pay extra to have my fish left at AirNZ cargo, not actually delivered to me at the address shown on my order confirmation. Luckily, driving there was not an issue for me, but neither the order confirmation, nor AirNZ tracking gave an address of where to collect it! Of course websites deliberately make it difficult to find a person to talk to, to confirm that I did need to go there, and confirm what the address was.
On the up side - the fish settled in great.

Hey Darren, thanks for the review. Airfreight is a airport to airport service, and this is outlined in our shipping information page here: https://easternmarineaquariums.co.nz/pages/shipping-information
We do not intentionally make it difficult for our customers to understand what is required from them to pick up a consignment, which is why we took the time to make the page above.
Courier is a door to door service, and airfreight is an airport to airport service, which also means we take the time to drop your fish off to Auckland Airport for shipping.
