Has an older women with small ears having trouble placing ear seeds.

Too fiddly especially on your own
The sticky pads easily fold so its impossible to attach lost a couple like that. How are you supposed to see where on/inside your own ear to put them in the correct place and negotiate with the tweezers etc… rubbish waste of money!!

Fast delivery and lovely ear seeds. I mainly use them for migraines / sleep, and they do seem to helping. Been using them for a few months and now have them in subscription.

Unfortunately found this company to be unethical and unhelpful when I contact them. Had high hopes but when I asked why they advertise the tweezers and booklet as free you pay £13 more than the same product minus those products. They couldn’t give me a clear answer and said the cost was covering the tweezers and booklet?? So why advertise as free??

I had used the seeds previously fir sleep aid and l had good results Thisvtimebl am using for anxiety due to traumatic experiences. They are helping and my over breathing and palpitations have subsided.The reason l only gave 4 stars is l find them extremely difficult to put on the ears...l wasted 2 which is an expensive error...other than that they are helping me a lot.If the sticky pads were bigger they would help tremendously for me personally as l have arthritis in the fingers.Thank you

I’ve had anxiety for years and have felt various ways of dealing with it, usually with some success. However, as anyone will know who has experienced anxiety, it’s exhausting so I wanted to find a way to be proactive about it rather than reactive.

I think I first came across East Healing on Instagram. I did a bit of reading up on the ear seeds and decided to give them a go. They have been amazing! I feel calmer and if things do get a bit much, I give them a little rub and I refocus. Don’t get me wrong, my anxiety hasn’t disappeared but these seeds have had a huge positive impact. I also sleep better when I’m wearing them.

If you’re thinking of giving them a try, go for it!

Finding that I have gone from having lots of headaches to none.
Totally waterproof, only lost one seed due to not applying it correctly.

I honestly have no words to describe how much these ear seeds have helped me. I wish I could show you just how much of a difference they’ve made.

Last month I couldn’t drive any further than the next village, yet on our holiday I drove 200 miles! This is absolutely massive for me! 😁

I put the ear seeds on the day before I drove and honestly I never felt anxious at all! If you knew what I was like before, you’d be amazed believe me. I was in a bad crash in 2023 and it took over my thoughts. Driving became horrendous for me and I struggled so much with the anxiety. I can’t say these will work for everyone, as we’re all different but WOW they’ve helped me beyond anything I ever expected. I still have them on my ears and now I never want to be without them! 🥰

I am sure they are having an effect on me, early days but they are deffinatly doing something, need to learn more, so i bought a book

The ear seeds were very fiddly to place and even when I thought I had them placed correctly they weren’t!
Eventually having wasted a few I got them placed.
They then only stayed in place for 2 days ; I seemed to lose 2 out of the 5 along the way.
I didn’t feel or notice any difference and felt they were very expensive for what was provided.
Nice packaging for a product that I had high expectations of but which didn’t do what was promoted.

Really wanted to love but they made my ear itchy and I had the worst nights sleep I’ve had for ages whilst wearing them.

After getting advice from East Healing I tried less seeds and tried them a few nights apart. Every time I used them my sleep was terrible. The thing that I’m disappointed about is that customer service didn’t seem surprised at all that my sleep was distrusted and told me to stop using them. But they won’t offer any kind of refund as I’ve opened them. But how can you try them without opening them? I’m sure the mark up is huge I don’t think the odd refund would hurt. If it has said anywhere that they may negatively effect sleep I wouldn’t have bought them. Disappointing on many levels especially when this is targeted at people trying to help themselves.

Trying earseeds for anxiety & do think they're helping. I have contacted Giselle to check positioning & she replied with a voice note whilst out shopping! 100% perfect customer service! I feel more benefit when using in my left ear - not sure why. Lovely aesthetically too. I now subscribe & have monthly deliveries.
