One of the worst telecommunications services companies I have ever dealt with in my whole life! Avoid dealing with this "company" if you wish to safe your time and money!
Extremely rude staff and unreliable customer service agents!

I ordered my number just before Christmas. Between the holidays and Covid the number was slightly delayed. The customer service was excellent, keeping me updated all the way.

Its a long time waiting for the simcard, but understandable because of the holidays. And its worth the wait, since no. is so nice. Everytime we follow up they are accommodating. Indeed excellent service.

From start to until my number was transferred the team at easy digits wer very helpful and went the extra mile to help me via WhatsApp when I was stuck.
Their prices seem to be lower then their rivals but you have to wait around 7 days for PAC code delivery via email. As I saved around £150 - £200 for similar numbers from other companies waiting 7 days was not an issue.
I would recommend Easy digits to everyone as I feel the are really easy to deal with and after sales service was second to none.

The wide selection of VIP numbers captured my interest in the first place. My desire number was easily found. The company was responsive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay of delivery, but a warm call and an unexpected refund made up the overall experience. I saw some honest and responsible people behind this company. I would recommend this company for my family and friends.

First of all I haven’t got my selected number, they offered me another number with a discount of 20% as a refund which I didn’t get yet.

Fast and easy to use this service - with no problems at all. Pick a number pay for it and the pac code arrives. Fantastic service.

Got the number I wanted, fast n reliable

During my time in my country my number got stolen, I was asked to visit three store but I wasn’t able to come to the London due to Covid restrictions. 6 months later my number is on this website along with 8 of my friends numbers. I have reported to the police and investigation is being carried out. Trust pilot keeps removing my review even though it’s not fake. I have sent all invoices to trust pilot and shown all evidence to the police station.
