I had a couple of issues with my 1st floor rear bedroom window: 2 panels of the double glazing failed and the hinges of the third was wearing out. Mo responded to a consultation visit very quickly and discussed options of repair vs. replace. The cost of replacement was very competitive. The installation was just over 2 weeks from the measurement appointment and it only took about 2 hours and minimal disruption. Very happy with the result!

I chose Eaton Home Improvements purely for the near 5* ratings they have on Google. I knew nothing about glazing, so was very apprehensive about getting the work done. Other companies with almost 5* ratings didn't even bother coming out to give me a price. The main man at Eaton came out, had a look, fully discussed all options like the layout of windows, all the types of windows available, and any issues that may arise during installation thay may add to cost, so that I was fully aware should any extra costs incur. He wasnt pushy in any way, very easy to talk to, and kept an eye on the work throughout installation.
The fitters are professional, easy to talk to, they listened if I wanted any extras done as the work was being carried out. They cleaned up after themselves. There workmanship is very neat and tidy. In total I had 2 bays, 5 windows and a new composite door.
All in all I am very happy with my new windows/door and would highly recommend Eaton to anyone wanting windows done.

Eaton Homes installed two sky pods for me in my kitchen along side replacing some grey windows. The works took a little longer than expected but it wasn’t too much of an issue especially as the fitters took pride and time in their work and the workers left the working area clean and hoovered up. We’re happy with the outcome and can feel the difference in the evening already as we’ve not needed to switch on the heating. We got five other quotes and told Eaton exactly what we needed with no hidden design costs.

Great service, very knowledgeable on the options and conveyed this across well. Work was completed with good quality, was very happy with the work and would recommend.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Eaton Home Improvement Ltd. The process was extremely efficient and professional, with Mo coming round and detailing the options we had and the changes to suit our liking.

Matty, the installer was also brilliant at what he does, doing a good job with quality and tiding up any mess made.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

We have had front door and porch fitted.
Never had so many problems.
The front door wouldn't lock- eventually changed the door.
The porch won't shut in the hot weather- not been repaired despite several promises of repair.
I have contacted them since to get a door knocker fitted, can't get it done anyway else as I don't want to void warranty. My calls/ messages aren't be answered- Regret using this company.
Would not recommend- AVOID

We had a difficult man made conservatory, which was wood. Odd shapes and we were worried about having the work done to completely replace with UPVC. Mo, came round to reasure us it could. We went with it. It was a great call. We are over the moon with result and quality of the work. Matty knows his stuff.

Why don’t you just repair or replace it?

Also be very careful of your reply previously stating I have not paid the builder! I have and I have proof. I also have a list of repairs and other expenses for faulty and dangerous building and electrical work I have had to pay to be put right. The extras the builder asked for were not truthful at all and if you saw how many more thousands of pounds it is costing me to put his work right, I can assure you he owes me money. The builder concerned has not told you the truth about certain things so I’d be careful in what you are publicly implying.
Why do you not contact me directly to resolve this issue?

Regarding my leaky letterbox, your manager Mo was very aware as the man he brought to try and mend the door took it off and didn’t have sealant with him to fix it again. He said he’d come back the next day and never did.
They were supposed to take the casing off as per the manufactures instruction and again this did not happen as he didn’t have the correct tools with him, why I do not know.
I’m always wants to come out on a Sunday, which I find strange too.

Why don’t you just speak to me directly and resolve this issue. I have a faulty door that makes noises and leaks. Nothing to do with building work, I had FENSA out to check as the door was moving but that is resolved now.

I never do reviews but I just had to say how amazing Eaton homes have been at installing 4 new UPVC windows at my property. The building is old and had beautiful Victorian sash windows which I was devastated to have to change to UPVC but Eaton homes managed to keep the interior wood surround inside making them still look in keeping with the property. Every other company would have ripped them out so I am unbelievably grateful. Not only did Mo talk me through every step carefully, he also expedited the job to get them done in my time scale. He made sure we double checked over all the details so it was done properly. The job was undertaken with the utmost professionalism and tbe install all done within a day! I’m honestly over the moon and couldn’t recommend them any higher. Thank you all so much Mo and the team!

I wanted wooden sash windows and was very firm on this. I didn’t want to pay the price of Acoyya or Berocca sash wooden windows and then there was cheaper timber wooden sash windows but in the end mahreen sourced for me a cheap sash window with 100% wooden effect and feel like timber. The hard wear was cottage black like I wanted with the old traditional furniture. The company is patient and song pressurise or jump you. My sash windows came after 5 weeks. So far so good, my tenants are happy and my whole shopfront looks refurbished. Special thanks to all the fitters as I believe all teams were hands on deck for a day fit.

Ever since meeting Mahreen and muhammed from Eaton home improvements, I have been at ease and have had nothing but outstanding service from beginning to end.

Mahreen knew I was having difficulty getting the right people to do the patio doors and windows but not only did she give me the best bespoke material for my double glazing windows , but they also gave me an easy payment plan option which has worked out so well for me, that I’ve now decided to get the porch with them next!

I have recommended them to family and friends as they are genuine people who do their job whole heartedly and I’ve never met such genuine people, who were kind caring and very considerate toward my needs , suggesting what I need and which design to go for.

She made sure she was always in touch calling me regarding my window doors dates installation etc.

I am one happy person and can’t wait to get my porch done with them because I trust them so much.

Everyone I met from salesman/surveyor/installers were professional and polite. The fitters arrived and worked fuss free leaving our house clean and tidy.

The whole team here are wonderful. Nothing is to much for the team, Mo is the first point of call. He takes his time, his honest and puts no pressure on his customers. The team are always in touch with updates and they genuinely care about their clients. The products are amazing and greatly priced. They work around you and try to accommodate at all times.

Had a wonderful experience with Eaton home improvements i have recently had my windows and doors installed.made a huge difference with noice and heat the house is alott warmer and i saved alott if money made a huge difference the service was fantastic from start to finish . Emma and mo and your fitters your absolute gens . I would not hessitate to recommend eaton home .

These guys were great. So grateful that we chose them. Emma really cared that we were happy with our windows and was super at keeping in touch every step of the way. Our double glazing was put in yesterday by Anthony and his brother, they did a really super job cleaning, prepping and strengthening the brick area before putting in the new window. They even made a special trip all the way from Birmingham to London, to install the windows (as they arrived before our new door was ready). The new windows are amazing. Keep the warmth in and sound out very well. The guys left it on the whole very clean & tidy. Although the old windows were so entrenched into the walls that a bit of plaster broke off the wall, they'll patch that up when they come and install our door.

Spoke to Mahreen about new windows and door. She was fantastic, really competitive quote and installation was very smooth, thank you Anthony and James, i highly recommend. Really happy with My new Rehau windows and Solidor door.

I searched high and low to find a good double glazing company. I had 4 quotes and Eaton were by far the best, outlining which windows would be fitted (so I could google and make sure they were well reviewed). From quoting, ordering to fitting, Eaton have been excellent. I was regularly updated on progress and the fitter that came was so professional, polite and his work was of a brilliant standard. I am so happy with the end result, I can’t recommend them enough.
