Terrible workmanship and even worse customer service

My experience with Neo Glaze has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The windows were installed in 2022, and from the beginning the workmanship was poor. The internal seals are faulty, causing ongoing draughts and significant damp inside my home. I am also now getting a lot of condensation and damp forming around the inside, which is unacceptable after paying for what should have been a professional installation.

The customer service has been just as bad. Every time I contacted the company, I was met with unhelpful staff who didn’t seem qualified to give proper advice. Instead of arranging a visit to inspect the issues, they repeatedly blamed my home. I even had another glazing company inspect the windows, and they confirmed there were clear fitting faults. It’s clear the company doesn’t care about their customers.

I later discovered that Neo Glaze folded in February 2024 and now appears to be trading under a slightly different name. During one of my calls, the person I spoke to — someone named Muhammed — was unable to tell me who the CEO was, which made me look deeper into what was going on with the company.

I’ve also submitted a written complaint, yet I’ve had nothing back from management — including from Andy, who never replied to my email. After almost three years of trying to get someone out to assess the problems, I’ve been completely ignored.

I honestly wish I had seen the bad reviews beforehand — I would never have given this company my money. In my experience, they take your money and refuse to take responsibility for the poor-quality work they carry out.

And finally, if Neo Glaze chooses to reply to this review telling me to “contact them,” please don’t — I’ve already tried by phone, by email, and through formal complaints. My experience has been consistently unpleasant and unprofessional.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company — under any name. Faulty seals, draughts, condensation, damp, poor communication, and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

I had a fab experience. Sales weren’t too pushy and gave me time to think about their offer before I accepted. I was able to get all my house (3 bed, semi) windows and doors replaced for much cheaper than their competitors and they didn’t mess me around with a huge figure and then applying loads of fake discounts like other companies. Vik and Arif installed everything and they were amazing, very polite and worked to an extremely high standard, taking time to ensure they left my house spotlessly clean. Would definitely hire them again. The products themselves are great and exactly what I was promised. I would recommend this company.

Be aware!
They will do the job well but if have any kind of problem afterward they don’t cover anything. They’re lying that the guarantee for 10 or 15 years. Unprofessional, specially the one sitting in the office putting the phone down on you and not answering at all very rude staff once they got their money and that’s the end so don’t expect anything after I had my all house windows changed few months ago the one window wobbly and now they don’t want to do anything about it telling me it normal

This is the second job they have done for us. The first one was to change a window in the roof of our garage and and wasn't easy to find a company willing to do it. They have done a good job, we were satisfied therefore decided to call them again. This time they changed a window in a bedroom. We were told that the job might take 2 days, but they have done everything in 1 day. It was a big job as we had the old, wooden window frames and window sills, and all had to come out. Again they've don a good job and finished earlier than expected. So overall satisfied.

Although they started off a bit slack, there work progress significantly well throughout the removal and the fitting of the doors. They were quite easy to talk with regarding the work to be done. From there everything went extremely smoothly and I am very pleased with the end product.

Excellent and proactive approach to business

I know Neo Glaze for a good couple of years now. They are amazing people. They do what they say. Infact if they give a date, they try their best to get the job done before the date given. This shows they plan way ahead and are on top of their game! Looking forward to the next projects with them.

Needed a new conservatory to replace old run down one and cladding under a bedroom window. Vic and colleague worked tirelessly even through bad weather. I am extremely pleased with the results. Everything was finished off to the highest of standards.They cleaned all the mess up after they'd finished and were polite and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. I would definately recommend them to friends and family
