Spoke with Iain O Neil. He was very helpful and alleviated some of my worries. I have a health condition meaning I need time off work at times. I only get SSP so have been worrying how I can pay at these times. Iain explained to me the different options available if this happens. He was friendly and knowledgeable

Avoid this company
Having finished my iva and never missing a payment, I am now being hounded for more money. 1 it was I’ve missed this months payment, when I explained it was finished last month, it was then an old payment now it’s from 2022. I spoke with them to make the last payment and was told it was finished and up to date. I would choose a different company as this one is not genuine
