Fast service which important if you are running low on product, helpful and accurately described, the most important is the competitive pricing, whilst the great service is very important , price will always play a factor in my decision to re order, and maybe applying worth while discounts for returning customers could be used to retain your customer base

I ordered GZ coils and you sent me GT…
I ordered GZ coils and was sent GT coils, which I can't use. They said they would send me the right coils, then changed their minds and refunded me a few days later. If they weren't in stock in the 1st place, then why didn't they know and then send the wrong ones ?? Got a quick reaponse and refund, luckily, but disappointed with this company.
