Received trash. Send it back for 50€. Dont received Money back. Now Company blocked my mail.. and Website is closed

Really bad quality, doesnt look like the items on the website. It is possible to get you’re money back but you need to send the items back to somewhere in asia at youre own costs. So it cost yourself a lot to send it back. When you contact them with a defect and want the money back, they are very slow to reply and absolutely wont just pay back the money. After 2 weeks they say we already shipped a new item so we cant do a refund. This is a very bad company. Its cheap stuff made in asia.

Betrug. Ware kommt kaputt an. Kundendienst reagiert nicht.

Schlechte Qualität, lieber 10€ mehr ausgeben und bei Zara oder so einkaufen…

suis content du service et du pull en cachemir, sauf qu'au pull il n'y a aucune étiquette indicant la taille (ça va je connais la mienne !) mais surtout aucune indication comment lessiver, c'est pourtant très important avec du cachemir !

Still waiting for my order #EDV5868 from Éclair de Voir — months later and no delivery, no proper response. Extremely poor customer service. Be careful before ordering.

I had exactly the same issues with this company, they only want your money, quality is crap,service is crap.
Please avoid this company or you will regret it.

Waited one month for the delivery, which was the worst quality I've ever seen.
Took me almost one month to get the retoure, since the service responds maximum every three days and if they do, the conversation starts at zero.
WORST SHIT I've ever experienced.

And I never got my money back.

Never ever ever use this company. The quality of the item was horrendous and looked nothing like the picture. I had to spend a lot of money returning the item for a refund as even though it makes it out that it ships from the EU, the return is to China. They received my item in late June and it is now early September, there is still no refund. Every time I follow up they say it is coming 'in a few business days' or 'today', but then it doesn't come. This company is absolutely a scam company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

TLDL: I never received my order. The customer service is just a bot that sends the same templated email responses. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund.

Like a few others I've seen in the reviews, I found this company through a targeted ad on social media and thought I would give the company a try (definitely will not be making that mistake again). The company claims to be European, with the prices only being shown in Euro's yet after a little bit of digging, you realise that the company address is in London, UK, but the return address is in China!

Anyway, after 10 days of waiting for my order, I reached out to enquire where the parcel was. The first email I received from them told me that the order is currently on hold at customs. A few days later, I received another email telling me that the parcel had been cleared and would be with me in the next few days. After a week of checking the tracking with zero updates, I reached out again. This time, I received a clearly templated response telling me it's already been shipped and will arrive in a few days. I then sent 3 more emails with the same templated response coming from their customer service.

I decided to reach out to Royal Mail, which was meant to be the courier service delivering the parcel. They told me that they haven't got the parcel, so it will need to be reported as missing. But the sender will need to reach out to Royal Mail in order to do so. I once again emailed the customer service 'team' to inform them of this, and once again I received the same templated response. I also attempted to call the customer service number, which, as you can imagine, had no response.

At this point, my only option was to do the tedious task of raising a dispute with my bank in the hope of getting a refund, and thankfully, my bank was able to get my money back.

Now, on closer inspection, you realise that the images on their site are AI-generated. The 325k followers on social media do not exist. The whole company is just an elaborate scam. Save yourself the headache and ignore the media ads you see on social media, or at least do better than I and do some research before buying.

What ist this material??? Stay away from it. First of all delivery takes longer als promised and then the quality is super super bad. Never worn something like that bevore. Paid 100€ + for threwing it in the trash.

Very bad experience with this brand. I bought pants and a shirt and their size don't fit me at all.
When I wanted to return those products, they told me that I needed to pay the cost of return back to China.

They proposed an offer: 10% refund of the product if I keep it: I said yes but 2 months after, I still haven't received the money.

Stay away from this shop !

I ordered some linen stuff for holiday.
On website it said same day shipping.
Nothing happened!
Pants came to late so I didn’t have them
For holiday.
Quality is also super bad.
