Finger weg! Absolute Abzocke und Betrug!
Die Ware hat überhaupt nichts mit der Beschreibung zu tun – minderwertig und billig. Ich habe den Kundenservice bereits zweimal kontaktiert und auch direkt auf deren E-Mail-Adresse geschrieben – bis heute keine Antwort. Null Reaktion!
Das Ganze wirkt wie ein reiner Betrug. Deshalb mein dringender Rat: Haltet euch von diesem „Shop“ fern, das ist nur Zeit- und Geldverschwendung!

Complete scam
Complete scam. Promise same day delivery, don’t ship for weeks, customer service is unreachable despite multiple emails, returns are made almost impossible and to a far away address in china that is not even mentioned when buying. Don’t even want to know about the products. Pursuing legal action against this farce of a company and advise everybody to do the same. Contact the payment provider, contact the company providing their address at Wenlock Road in London, let’s stop this complete disgrace of business ownership and management.

Also their reply is utterly misleading. I have email after email after email and still no help, no refund, nothing.

Still awaiting help from their so called customer service. They promised a partial refund more than a month ago. Nothing to date. Even one star is too much.

Absolutely terrible. The clothes look nothing like they do on the website. I thought there was a nice design to the fabrics on the shirt, it’s just printed on. Cheap material. So disappointing and refund costs are on the customer, returns to china €€€. Do not buy

If I could give zero stars I would…
The package took 19 days to deliver and the quality is extremely bad. The material is just plastic and it looks terrible. I would not pay 5 euros at all for this shit again.

Scam. Disastrous quality and expensive returns
I ordered two pairs of pants from Enclair de Voir after they looked great in the Tiktok ad. The clothing was shipped from a German address. The quality is terrible. It looks completely different, the fabric is cheap, the cut is bad. I wouldn't pay 5 euros for this. Returns are only possible if you contact customer service directly. You have to wait a few days for a response and write back and forth multiple times before they give you the return address. It's in China. I have to pay the return cost of 45 euros myself.
A clear scam. Never order! I'm currently waiting to see if I get a refund. If not, I'll also post this here.

Awful! Took about a month for the clothes to be delivered and when they arrived the quality and material advised was completely different.
Honestly wouldn’t recommend. Spend £40 a piece for a pair of cotton PJs it’s a joke.

Attirato da un video su Instagram, ho acquistato due paia di pantaloni e una maglietta che sembravano di buona qualità. Quello che ho ricevuto, invece, è stato un completo da tuta di pessima fattura, che non indosserei nemmeno a carnevale. Ho chiesto il reso, ma le spese di spedizione (80€!) sono a mio carico, rendendo inutile restituire articoli pagati poco più di 100€. Ho quindi richiesto un rimborso per la palese difformità rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato, ma dopo avermi inizialmente rassicurato, hanno iniziato a temporeggiare e non mi hanno restituito nulla. La peggior esperienza d’acquisto mai avuta. Diffidate.

I bought two pairs of pants for nearly €70 and received items that honestly aren’t even worth €2. The pants are a complete rip-off – the quality is extremely poor. I ordered size Medium, but they fit more like XXS. There’s no sign anywhere of the brand “Eclaire de Voir” as advertised. Instead, there’s a cheap red fabric label sewn into the pants that just says “FASHION.”
This is a total scam. When you contact the website, they either offer a 10% discount or tell you that returning the items will be very expensive. Even when you say you want to return the products, you get no response at all. Never order from this site – they’re complete frauds. Honestly, I’d rather pay over €60 just to return the items than let them make a profit off this.

What a total rip-off
What a total rip-off. The clothes are totally different than in the video-ads and when I want to send them back you have to pay for sending it back to China and they try to buy me off with a discount of 10%. Utter and total scam.

Really happy with my order
I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time ordering, but everything went super well. I got the Ribbed Pants and the Essential Trousers — both are really nice. The Ribbed Pants have a great fit and feel very comfy, and the Essential ones are perfect for everyday wear, simple but stylish.
Shipping was fast and the items came well packed. I also reached out with a sizing question and got a quick and helpful reply. Overall, really good experience — I’ll definitely order again.

I ordered the ribbed pants and was…
I ordered the ribbed pants and was honestly impressed. The fabric feels thick and high-quality but still very comfortable — with just the right amount of stretch. The fit is perfect and flattering, and the stitching is super clean and well made.
Shipping was quick, the packaging was neat, and customer support responded fast when I had a question about sizing.
Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommended!
